Casa Bella Phuket

It was fuxking closed!!I called. I banged on the door! I had to walk a mile to find another place to stay!

I am so angry.

I staid 1 week in this hotel, it s a really good place, clean, great localisation (near to chalong bay) and the staff is really nice and always happy to help you!!I recommend if you want to stay in phuket!

Hotel KUN for en nats layover. Det er inget i området, og hotellet er vældig lille.

In a very busy area so lots of street noise. Food was good and staff was accommodating. But there was no interior deadbolt lock and someone (we think one of the staff) accidentally walked into our room while we were sleeping—which was very disturbing! Thank goodness I woke up. Needless to say there was not much sleep after that!

We stayed here for 4 days. Great Service, room, and good prices. Helpful and friendly staff. Good laundry and scooter rental services. Would highly recommend. Cool rooftop hangout area. No fraudulent or bad policies like the DLUX Condominiums.

ใกล้วัดฉลอง และที่ใกล้กว่าคือ พระใหญ่ๆ ใกล้ระดับเดินไปถึง แต่ไม่แนะนำให้เดิน เพราะทางขึ้นพระใหญ่ค่อนข้างชัน เอารถขึ้นไปง่ายกว่า ห้องพัก เตียงคู่ไม่กว้างมาก แต่จัดสรรพื้นที่ใช้งานได้ดี
ห้อง family room กว่างมาก และเป็นโรงแรมที่มีอุปกรณ์ครัวให้ แต่ไม่มีไมโครเวฟ

Nice room, nice staff, nice service ... There are kitchen wear for you to cook yourself if you need. Otherwise there is a cafe at the lobby. Chicken "Masman" [Thai food - chicken in curry] with riceberry is really great! The room is really clean. The decoration is perfect! It's doesn't near the downtown but doesn't difficult to find the local transportation. Recommended! ^^"

Booked this hotel because i was going for day dive trips via the pier. However, there is nothing much in the Chalong except for a few bars which looked quite sleazy. I really wouldnt recommend to stay in Chalong unless you have to be near the pier. A 25min taxi ride to Phuket old town will cost around 500bht while a blue bus ride is 40bht (but it only runs in the daytime). There are no direct buses to the airport or to the other beaches (except to Rawai beach)

The hotel itself is pretty new and decent. The room is spacious, with TV, kettle, fridge available. There is a cafe downstairs, 7-eleven and a few street food stalls next door and starbucks about 10mins walk away. There is also roadworks right outside so there is a major traffic jam and it is quite difficult to walk to the pier (too much construction work and no proper footpath).

It was a beautiful room, very clean, high standard and the hotel staff were very friendly.

My husband, 16 yo daughter and myself stayed for 4 nights here and we loved the hotel. The room is spacious, and modern, the bed was the most comfortable we had in Thailand (notoriously hard) and the staff so welcoming. By the way there is a partial ocean view from a couple of the 5th floor rooms. It is in the center of town, which worked out well for us. We loved this hotel and we were sad to leave.

We stayed for 10 days in Casa Bella deluxe room. The hotel is very nice, stylish and very clean.
The bed is sooo comfortable :)
There is strong wifi (we could watch movies online),altough there are a lot of channels on TV (even in english). There are 2 air conditions in the room.
The staff is really kind and smiley.

I could get my cappuccino with almond milk. I was very happy about that (Lactose intolerance).

You can rent a motorbike for 1 week for 1.500 THB, which is a very good price. They also give you helmet.

A few disadvantages:
-the lift (elevator) is really slow.
-there is noise in the room, due to the big traffic, constructions and not soundproofed windows. (thank God i bring my earplugs everywhere)
-you can go out to the balcony but its covered. Probably its better this way, because there is big air pollution.
-huge traffic in this street, taxi or motorbike is the best to use here
-there is no sidewalk on the streets
-they give you 1 tiny shower gel and 1 tiny shampoo for 2 people (no, not per pax) and they have only replaced the empty or half empty tiny bottles once in 10 days. (Even if you asked for room cleaning more times.)

We stayed in casabella 2 nights and we love it. The girls in reseption was soo nice they went above and beyond for us. Thank you for that! The food in hotel was verry good. We ate here all our meals. Our room was on the 4th floor and we could see the big Buddha from our Window. The room was verry modern and the bed was just soo comftable. We loved staying there and will defently come beck!

We stayed for one night with no pre-arrival reservation. The staff are Burmese and Thai ladies who are very nice and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and very luxurious & well appointed for the price. We stayed in their cheapest rooms for 800B.
The lift is tiny and very slow. The reception toilet is very nice and comfortable for 'sitting on the loo' or men shorter than 173cm.
I would definitely recommend CasaBella and stay here again one day.

ダイビングに行くチャロン港が近く、お迎え時間もパトンより遅く、もちろん帰るのは早く、よかったです。
一番小さな部屋にしたのですが、ベランダがなく、シャワールームに干すしました。一人だったので気にならなかったのですが、二人部屋だと器材を干すには、もう一つ上のクラスのお部屋がいいかと思います。
ベットもツインが選べ、このクラスのホテルにしてはエレベーターもあり、重い荷物のあるダイバーさんにはうれしいです。
朝ごはんも、チケットには8時からと書いていましたが、7時半に、コーヒーぐらいだったら出してくれるかなと思ったら、何も言わずに朝食もオーダー取ってくれて用意してくれました。
次回もダイビング旅行の際には利用したいと思います。
