Pros:

Location was ideal. Cafes bars and restaurants all around. Short walk into CBD. Check in process seemed daunting over text but easy to do in practice. Clean and spacious.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower wasn't great but not really a problem.

Great location for a 3-4 day Hobart stay.
Pros:

Location was outstanding - not just for market day, but for access to the best Hobart has to offer. Bed and pillow were comfortable, access was easy and the car space was much appreciated.

Cons:

No fresh air coming in through a window.

Loved the location - Apartment 1 Salamanca suited our needs perfectly and location was fabulous

Very close for all types of fun - restaurants, cafes. Pubs, river cruisers, hop on hop off bus terminal - location was great

Cons:

In need of more kitchen items - utensils, decent sized dinner plates, more cutlery, cleaning materials - we were there for 7 nights and did have whatever meals we could in our room. Just needed a little more touches for the kitchen for longer stay travellers. I went out and bought paper towels, cleaning spray and a bathroom deodoriser spray during our stay and left them behind hopefully by for the next guest to utilise. - and perhaps look at upsizing the very small red coffee cups.
