It was a shame that it wasn't stated that skylight actually means no windows. A small table would have been very useful as there was nowhere to eat.

Easier use of tv system.Technology usually defeats us but it would have been nice to get some up to date news on awakening..A minor complaiht which did not hinder the benefits of the holiday

Location, aspect-morning sun, views, cleanliness, excellent noise- reducing double glazing, comfortable bed, obliging staff.
Only a doona- could only sleep comfortably with aircon on 17 degrees all night. Please include a cotton blanket or similar option. In a room for a couple, why only one luggage stand? Include mugs for a decent cuppa. And for a week’s stay, no laundry facility on site or handy- a laundry cum cafe nearby never seemed to be open. Outside windows dirty. A stick-on opaque film on bathroom window so you don’t have to pull down blind and use light in daytime. No ventilation in ensuite. Hooks in ensuite to hang up clothes while showering.
This stay was amazing, I was worried about a lack of view but the facilities were 10/10. We loved the location close to the city, right in the markets, the food in the port area is amazing and we ate lots of seafood. The rooms were clean and warm, everything worked, loved the toast for breaky that was a nice touch. We contacted the managements mobile number twice with queries and they responded, I cannot praise everything enough, simply the best....
