We did enjoy our stay at Galleries but the room not being ready and the TV not working were negative
Pros:

Breakfast was fine for us. Not a lot but OK.

Cons:

There was confusion with the booking. Room wasn't ready but the staff member we were lucky to meet was brilliant and so helpful. All got sorted and the complimentary boltle of wine was appreciated ..TV wasn't great - couldn't access any channels as apparently there were none installed.

Best location, view and added surprises that will have us definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Location and view over Salamanca Markets was great! We had a lovely surprise chocky on our bed and delicious bread and jam for either breakfast or for a snack for a late check in. Communication was excellent for self check in.
