Hotel Sunroute Tokushima

朝食メニュー豊富で美味しかったです。

朝食、大変美味しく頂きました。
スタッフさんも対応が素晴らしく助かりました。部屋の広さも問題無しでした。

Room was very clean. Onsen could have been cleaner. Staff could have been friendlier. Overall a convenient location to Tokushima station with a family mart on the first floor

フロントの場所が分かりにくかったです。
あと宿泊当日はEast棟の11Fから温泉施設に行くのにEast棟の11Fラウンジで宴会をしていたので通り難かったです。11Fで宴会がある場合は3Fから連絡通路を使用して行くようにアナウンスをして欲しかったです。

温泉がついており、この温泉が茶褐色でとても気持ちよかったです。朝食とは思えないほど、種類が多く、美味しかったです。徳島ぽいすだちなどもありました。また、機会があれば泊まりたいです。

櫃檯服務態度親切

繁華街は歩いて15分くらいですが、駅前で便利です。

立地も便利、温泉もお部屋もとても快適でした。

お風呂が良かったなあ

東棟、西棟があることを教えてもらえず、東棟のエレベーターに乗ってしまいあるはずのない部屋を探し回ってしまった。せめて、部屋まで乗るエレベーターの指示は欲しかった。温泉の泉質はよかったですが、風呂の外にあるジャグジーの泡が備え付けのボタンを押しても全然出てくれませんでした。

大浴場洗い場のシャワーの水圧が弱かった。
チェックイン、チェックアウトは端末操作なので楽。

1階がエントランスで3階がフロント、2階には飲食店が入っています。1階から2階へはエスカレーターがありますが3階へはエスカレーターが無く、階段かエレベーターのみ。そのためフロントへのアクセスは必然的にエレベーターとなるが、エレベーターが2基しかなく、とにかく待たされる。導線が悪い。

朝食は地のものも揃えてありますが、ブュッフェならもう少し安く、又は定食てきでもいいかなと思います。

とても良いホテルでした。朝、夜行バスで到着したのですが、7時から一般客として温泉に入れたのですごく助かりました。スタッフの皆さんもとても明るく親切で気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。また徳島に来る時は泊まりたいです。

This hotel is very close to Tokushima Station. It's new and clean with hot spring and sauna. I would give it a 10/10.

The hot spa on the top (11th) floor was excellent! Also the 24 hours open convenience store in the 1st floor is literally convenient. Also Very good was Tully's coffee on the 1st floor. It was an excellent stay.

Centrally located just across the Tokushima station and highway bus terminal. If you come by car, they parking available a few minutes walk away. Be aware, the reception is located on the third floor. Restaurants are located on the second floor. On the first floor, there are a convenient store ( family mart), coffee shop ( Tully's), omiyage/souvenir store. In the lobby area ( third floor), there's the reception, with automated check out terminals If you are in a hurry. Also there's a lounge, with a Play area for the little ones. You can enjoy the view the Tokushima station square. Amenities are available for the bathroom, as well as information about the area. A fridge with complementary water, pocari sweat and sometimes local delicacies is there for guests, to help you survive the heat especially if you come in the summer, for the Awa Odori festival.
Rooms are located in the east and west towers. They have an onden on the roof, it seems to be pretty popular. You can check the occupancy of the onsen on the tv in your bedroom. They also have a gym on the top floor, but it's not free. Over a 1000¥ for a day use. Pretty expensive.
The hotel, overall, is very clean. Friendly service . They have vending machine and ice machines on the floors.
Location wise, in my opinion, you can't beat it. You are at walking distance of most landmarks/activities, especially if you come for the Awa Odori festival.

駅前で天然温泉、サウナ付き。
夜遅くまでサウナも利用できるのはとても有り難いです。
徳島に来る度に利用しています。
