Pros:

Huge room. Allowed to check in early with no charge. Good breakfast

Cons:

Terrible pool, looking ugly and old, you only can swim if you have a cap. Spa pools were closed.
Stuff can’t speak English at all, no smiles.

Clean and pleasant hotel.
Pros:

The room had a washing machine and dryer which was handy. Complimentary soft drinks and water refilled each day and the room was cleaned every day.

Cons:

Location was rather isolated, no nearby shops.

Pros:

Very comfortable and nice rooms, breakfast is good!

Cons:

1.st room that we had had a cigarette on the bathroomfloor from sb else.
BUT the staff was super nice about it, we switched rooms at once and then everything was absolutely fine!!!

You have to realize that you are quite far away from everything if you plan to go into the e.g. Bund area. As a close to the airport hotel it is really good located though!!!

Good, when in the area I'll stay there again.
Pros:

The staff, and especially Tony and Hans are real hosts. They will do what it takes to make the visit great. Food is good and my room was great. During my visit some rebuilding was done but in no way it was a disturbance.

Cons:

English is an issue, so make sure the translation app is up to date when Chinese is not your language.

Nice Room - not a great experience though, wouldn’t go back
Pros:

The size of the suites are great. Huge! Amazing big bathrooms

Cons:

Poor service at check in. She didn’t even say hello to us. Then it appeared she spoke not one word of English. It was all pretty painful as it turned out, no one did. At this five star hotel.
There was also a wedding on so we could use the restaurant. Only we couldn’t go anywhere as in China no one will take our visa or MasterCard around the hotel only wee chat which we don’t have. So we had no means to eat anything the entire 18 Hours we were there.
We then had to exchange euros to a taxi driver as it’s all we had as the hotel won’t arrange a transfer that we can charge to the room.
For a five star hotel - it was just strange we couldn’t get food or drink when we wanted, we couldn’t speak in English to anyone at all, and they couldn’t arrange a taxi that gets charged to our room accounts. We eventually spoke to a manager who had a little English a was apologetic about the lack of services.
