Pros:

nearby mtr station & it seems newly open so the facility are still in good condition.

staff are polite, helpful, & really good in english. good job. my minus comment is more to facility management.

Cons:

i went here because of it’s my last day in HK & its location not too far from airport, so taxi fare will not be too high.
facilities can be improved to be more family friendly. for me who travel with a baby, i think it will be good if there is a lounge with kitchen, a microwave to heat baby food, a sink, a coffee machine.
i dont understand there are 2 tv in pentaplus room, it will be more make sense to replace it with kitchenette for preparing baby food/heat our egg tart/leftover, really.

I’ll come back to stay at Penta Hotel again when I’m in Hong Kong.
Pros:

Spacious, modern and clean room. Great location that is convenient for taking public transports including bus, train, light rail ,and taxi. Super friendly and professional staff - front desk, room attendants and securities. 👍

Cons:

Perhaps to change the salon table with a new one if it’s possible.
