Comfortable enough for a short one night stay. Staff was very friendly though. Also no amenities were available.
Pros:

Nice staff and clean room.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallways at least on the 3rd floor smelled terrible. They are due for a replacement.

Not worth it - better to stick to Ibis or similar chains
Pros:

The property is very well located, next to a metro station and bus terminal. It's only 30min away (by bus) to the HZM passenger terminal and to the airport, so a very convenient location for those on a short stay/layover. They have a 24-hour reception with friendly staff which is very helpful for those arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning.

Cons:

There are several things I didn't like, particularly considering the price, which should be better advertised. First is the light: the indoors is extremely dark, whether at the reception, corridors or bedroom, giving you a prison-like feeling. The AC is extremely strong, and the controls are poor - so even if you set it to 22 degrees, the real feel is 12-13 degrees. Also, you need to have the AC and fan on while you're showering, as the door doesn't seal properly and the steam triggers the alarm in the room. This is not a big problem, but not what you'd expect when you're staying in a supposedly 3-star hotel.
