This hotel gives us a relaxing feeling of returning home. Get charged up and forget about all stress
Pros:

In the spacious room, there is a lounge space near the door for luggages, connecting the door to the living area, there are a full set of furnishings organised in an intuitive way in the room, for you to organise your items intuitively in a neat living environment. The room is kept cool with continuous supply of fresh air through its air conditioner, giving you a relaxing, exciting feeling with your burdens gone. The room includes intuitive electrical appliance switches and dedicated sockets for them, to keep the room bright when it falls dark. Bringing my tailored pillow added to the advantage of the warm, comfortable beddings in the room. I was surprised that the housekeeping team were still working during the most important holiday of the year like franchised bus drivers, but the housekeeping team were nice and helpful, giving me a relaxing living experience. Surprisingly, the internet connection was faster than before because most guests who were addicted to night life did not bother to return to the hotel until midnight when I was definitely asleep. I happened to fill the kettles up at the rehydration station in the morning when most of them were still asleep. Having a separate kettle for cool drinking water was awesome. It was magical that queues were not present at the hydration station, the hydration station is near the room and the room is where there is adequate distance from the lifts so that the operating lifts cannot disrupt me.

Cons:

Some foreign guests activated a fire alarm when I was in the toilet and the fire alarm was quickly gone.

It was my first time visiting Hong Kong and I would book at this hotel for future visits.
Pros:

The front desk staff were very helpful in giving me directions to where I needed to go.
One even walked outside with me to show me directions where I needed to go.
All in all very pleasant staff at front desk!

Cons:

If hotel could have their own restaurant.
I had to go outside to look for places to eat.
Also a shuttle to and from Hong Kong Airport could be helpful.

Great location in Hong Kong New Territories
Pros:

Location. Close to the light rail and the metro station, there is a mall complex pretty close where you can find anything you might be looking for. Can regulate the temperature of your room to your taste. Rooms are decent size.

Cons:

Beds were ok, they could be a bit more comfortable. But this is just nickpicking

Pros:

Its in front of the MTR, its standard cleaniess, they do daily clean up. a restaurant direct next door.
staffs were nice. there are water station on my floor.

Cons:

the hotel is surrounded by industrial building. the hotel itself was a industrial before.
and the security missed a spot, when a man(not a hotel guest) followed my husband around , trying to see which room we stay.
it felt a little unsafe, but we reported to the staffs.
otherwise everything are standard. nothing exceptional.
