Pros:

Clean and average the most of things.

Cons:

Takes very long time to check in.
I have never experienced such a long time to just a hotel check in.
Should be simple process and no long queue.

Staff member(s) was too much, that mannor was not a kind just a disgraceful.
Please improve the service.

Good value for money, clean and close to the city center.
Pros:

The onsen is very good.
Breakfast was also nice.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room had a window facing inside the building that I could not open.
The internet was so slow, I could not use it.
