Pros:

The overall stay was good , friendly environment. I paid for two guests but only one was allowed to eat breakfast. They should put this when your booking that you pay for two people but only one can eat.The shower is small. After being told we could swim we were kicked out of the pool then had to pay cash to the man overseeing the pool and gym area in order to swim.

Terrible Service, Run-Down Rooms
Pros:

Booked and paid for my room three months ahead, but when I got to check-in they don't have my reservation. They are looking through a big pile of papers. It was the middle of the night and I was exhausted from the long flight. They demanded that I pay for the reservation again, IN CASH! I refused, so they let me stay one night but come back the next morning to meet with the manager. Spent 2+ hours trapped in an office with no cell reception, they kept demanding I pay in cash. Finally got through to hotels.com and they gave me a refund (yes, they had my reservation), and I switched to another hotel. From my one night stay, this place is way over-priced and really low-quality.

Not a comfortable place to stay
Pros:

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in recent times. The toilet and bathroom are badly constructed and terribly small. I changed rooms 3 times. The staff are friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Grossly too far priced, should be a lot cheaper than what it is.

Pros:

Booking experience via Expedia was unsatisfactory. The hotel was not aware of my booking. I was lucky to get a room but had to pay again. I did receive a refund from Expedia as a result of a lot of help from the general manager of the hotel.
