Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Room unfortunately not cleaned very well, bedsheets as well as restroom with stains/hair.

Breakfast selection was the bare minimum to be considered breakfast.

A good value and a nice place to stay while on vacation.
Pros:

Handicap suite was very nice and accommodated my needs. It was clean and spacious, worth the extra money I paid. The morning staff was very friendly. Robert helped make our stay extra nice as did others working the desk and breakfast.

Cons:

The evening front desk guy was a bit rude when we checked in. I misunderstood the policies regarding the charges to my credit card before checking in versus when I checked in and the man was less than gracious towards me as he corrected my misunderstanding. It all worked out but it could have been done better.
Also, we found a number of ants in our fourth floor room. Not horrible but also not welcome.

Very happy. Clean comfortable, friendly staff Free parking free breakfast
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful We never got to breakfast any day. We slept through it.! We were very satisfied with our room. We decided to stay another night. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. We were in Niagara Falls. The hotel was in a great location. Close to things, but not too close.

Cons:

The hair dryer didn't work. We were leaving to go sightseeing and forgot to mention it.
