The WiFi did not work

The stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the cost.
The room heater was not working, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. As a result, my child developed a cold and fever that same night and was still unwell the next day. When we reported the issue, we were only given a small portable heater that overheated the room, forcing us to wake up multiple times during the night to adjust it.
Several basic amenities were also not functioning, the hair dryer did not work, and the body wash container was empty upon arrival.
The breakfast was very poor in quality. Even basic items like butter and jam were substandard, making the overall experience feel neglected.
I also reached out to the manager via email and SMS, but received no response at all, which was very disappointing. The only staff member at the front desk appeared to be handling everything alone and was visibly overwhelmed and frustrated, which further reflects poor management and lack of support.
Overall, this was a complete waste of money and a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
