The shower holder in the bathroom has been broken and not fixed. It didnt really bother me at all either as I always used the rain shower.

This was the most expensive per-night hotel we stayed at on our Philippines trip, but it was also our least favourite as it just didn’t really live up to the pics for a family of four in the Family Suite.
The decor was okay, but the suite was overall a bit tired, with marks on furniture etc and with no real view. The bathroom/room was clean enough, and the staff were very helpful (the free cake was a nice touch), but the room actually only had 2 beds (the sofa is not a pull-out sofa bed), so we had to have one of our kids in the big bed with us which maybe should have been explained when booking a Family Suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. In the photos, it looks like there are enough beds, as the small single bedroom was shown twice with different dressings.
Still, the breakfast was great, and it was nice and close to the port, which was the main goal. For a one-night transit stay in Cebu City, it is fine - but no wow. Having Robinsons shopping centre/mall is helpful, although be aware the mall doesn’t open until 10 so if you have a 10:50 am ferry, you might miss it too.
The staff were very friendly - it was more just that for the price in AUD it was probably was not such a luxe stay as it might look online, so a bit disappointing after a long flight. But brekkie kind of made up for it with lots of variety.
It was a bit hard to hear when ordering room service, as the phone is in the bathroom so quite echoey and there was a lot of noise on the other end. There is also no door into the main toilet/bath area, where you need to dress to stay dry, so be mindful of that if travelling as a non-family group. Shame the mall doesn’t open until 10 am so we didn’t really get to visit it as we got in late.
