Accommodating, it’s the staff that made the experience better
Pros:

It was a very easy location to navigate around
Everything is walking distance (mall, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, marina…)
Metro was also very close so that’s how we got around Istanbul and it was very easy and convenient
We also felt that the neighborhood was safe, people were kind and hospitable, not everyone speaks english but it should he expected you’re in their country and not the other way around.
Hotel staff was very kind and very accommodating and easy to talk to
They made sure we were comfortable and helped with anything that we needed
It’s not a luxury place to stay in but that wasn’t our goal in the stay anyways
Everything we needed was there

Cons:

The mini fridge wasn’t working in our room so we couldn’t put anything that needed a fridge in there but staff was kind to offer that they put them in the hotel kitchen
We ended up making sure we don’t get stuff needing a fridge just to skip the hassle of leaving them out and asking for them later

Séjour globalement agréable, malgré quelques déceptions..
Pros:

- L’emplacement très pratique, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants de Bakırköy, et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la plage de Florya.
- Le personnel était attentionné.
- Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec des choix de produits
- La chambre était confortable
.. Une bonne expérience dans l’ensemble !

Cons:

- Le personnel parlait peu anglais, ce qui rendait la communication difficile.
- Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, alors que l’accès à cet équipement était inclus dans le prix payé. Nous avons payé l’intégralité du séjour sans pouvoir bénéficier de tous les services annoncés, et aucune compensation ne nous a été proposée.
- Les photos de l’hôtel mettent en avant un rooftop lumineux et aménagé, mais en réalité il ne s’agit ni d’un restaurant ni d’un café. L’endroit était sombre sans véritable service.. la présentation sur les photos est trompeuse.
- Concernant le hammam turc, il manquaient de clarté : indiqué qu’il était gratuit, avant de préciser que l’intervention d’une personne pour réaliser le soin était payante ; communication contradictoire nous a donné l’impression d’un manque de transparence.
- Concernant la piscine, le personnel nous a demandé de porter un bonnet de bain (et nous le vendre à 100 TL !!) . Pourtant, deux autres clientes se trouvaient dans la piscine sans bonnet, avec les cheveux détachés ! Nous avons trouvé regrettable que les règles ne semblent pas être appliquées de la même manière à tous les clients.
- Pendant le petit-déj, le personnel restait très proche de notre table, ce qui ne nous permettait pas de profiter tranquillement de ce moment. Nous avons trouvé cette présence trop insistante et peu agréable.

Всё великолепно!
Pros:

Отель выбирали из-за местоположения, так как рядом проходил концерт. Номер был чистый, уборка хорошая, воду давали каждый день. Ванная комната прекрасная, душ, вода, фен, всё на высшем уровне. Понравилось всё. Отель и номер соответствовали нашим ожиданиям. Всё чисто и красиво, хороший интерьер. В отеле мы только ночевали. Но это как раз и самое главное. Чтобы отдых после больших и долгих прогулок был хорошим. За это и спасибо. Персонал отзывчивый. Добрый. У нас и вопросов то не было к персоналу.))

Cons:

Нет никаких замечаний. Обычно так не бывает. Но тут действительно нечего сказать и добавить.))

Huzurlu, sessiz, temmiz
Pros:

Sessiz ve huzurlu. Her şey well oiled machine halinde sorunsuzca ilerliyor. Odamın manzarası çok güzeldi. Ziyaretim boyunca çok sağlıklı uyudum.

Cons:

Eğer illa bir sorun bulmak istesem masa üstü minik bir ayna daha olsun isterdim ama zaten far paletimde de var o ayna.
