Not a good experience at all
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and the food was very nice the room we stayed in was filthy and the the only plug that was there was faulty which means we couldn’t charge our devices.
The toilet needs proper scrubbing and the toilet seat looked like has never been wiped.

Cons:

The room was dirty

excellent value and comfortable
Pros:

really great hotel run by some great people, always stay here when I'm in Luton, it's a really solid stay for the price, is it perfect? no - so don't come with unrealistic expectations - but the value for money is unparalleled anywhere in the area. If you're looking for a solid deal, decent comfortable room, and proprietors that are easy to work with this is your place. Also there's a pub that has really good European/British and South Asian style food

Cons:

for the money, you can't fault it - great hotel

Thumbs up!
Pros:

Staff and owner are very welcoming and friendly. Check in process was pretty strait forward. Decent sized room. Bed was pretty comfortable, drinks are quality 👌🏾

Cons:

This is not negative feedback only constructive. Room could do with AC or even the option to open the window as it can get a little stuffy, even with the fan which was kindly provided switched on. The room's could do with a little refurb as it has great potential to be a lovely establishment. Apart from that was a good stay and probably would come back if offered the same genius discount again 👍🏾

Poor state and poor sleep
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Dusty, dirty, old and unsafe. Condensation was so bad and couldn't open a window. Toothpaste smeared on mirror.. bathroom was very unclean and couldn't take a shower as it only spat water. Overall a very poor stay resulting in a poor sleep. The door handle was hanging off from the inside which made us feel unsafe. Bedside cabinets were broken and the kettle didn't work. Very unfortunate as staff were friendly and helpful, carrying our case up the stairs. A lot of improvements needed, even for a budget stay (£62) not good value for money.

Absolutely disgusting
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The room, toilet roll holder towel rail both falling off the wall. Stains on the wall near the bed, dirty skirting boards, no handles on bedside table screws sticking out, dirty toilet bowl, had to stand on a chair to switch tv on and off. Botched up patches on bathroom wall, plus large scratches.

great value !!!
Pros:

its a good hotel at the price the rooms are at, i think its the best option in Luton at that lower price range, I've stayed at the Stuart as well which is just down from the town centre too and usually a similar price and TRUST ME YOU WANT TO STAY HERE even if its a few quid more. Staff and ownership here are really great as well; helpful and nice.

Cons:

for the price you cant really complain about anything
