I booked it because it was cheap. But cheap stays shouldn’t come with filthy environments
Pros:

If you like dust then this place would be perfect. The room wasn’t hoovered. Probably for months. There was thick layers of dust on the iron board. Shows the room probably hadn’t been used in months. The skirting board has thick layers dust.

Decent for a quick night stopover

I don’t think the room had been cleaned properly as there was quite abit of dust on the floor on the carpet corner when i accidentally dropped a tshirt after ironing… the shower had sufficient water (not hot hot) however was tricky configuring from the tap as the pressure kept differing

We arrived went to bar to check in ask for a ground floor ended up on top floor no lift im 59 partner is 72 so struggled with the stairs.When we got to room it was disgusting first thing partner said to me we need to find somewhere else which cost another £55 I have pictures will be easier than trying to explain.

I was staying overnight. They allowed a late check-in 11pm. Hostess was very courteous and helpful even at that late hour

Great value hotel
Pros:

The hotel is clean and tidy with good facilities hot shower. Clean comfortable bed. Good room size ( single person room).
Staff could not do enough for you. Explained all about the room and location of the hotel. The food in the pub was excellent and not a bad price.
The price was excellent for a hotel in the middle of Luton with parking. I would definitely stay again

You cannot complain on anything for the price I paid for a comfortable room and bed
