Pros:

AVOID if you’re looking for luxury and exceptional service, I recommend the 5 star hotel down the street and would avoid this hotel. Front desk was disappointing and manager at many times was rude. Stay was uncomfortable. The house keeper was the shining light of the stay and was great. Had to move rooms due to broken door. The debacle lasted for hours. Should have been resolved faster. Older man porter/valet left half our belongings in the car instead of bringing everything up, causing multiple issues at baby’s bed time.

Belo hotel. Pontos a melhorar
Pros:

O hotel tem um hall e um restaurante muito bonitos. Parece ter sido revitalizado, então a impressão que tive foi melhor que nas fotos. Os funcionários são cordiais, não muito calorosos, mas educados. O quarto é ok. Pequenas coisas, como uma prateleira no boxe, cafeteira, fazem falta. O café da manhã é extremamente tarde (as 8:00 horas), não pensam naqueles que precisam acordar cedo para ir embora. A cidade é um balneário de gente local, poucos turistas de fora, nenhum brasileiro. Mas mesmo assim um lugar agradável.

Nous avons passé une nuit , dans une chambre qui venait d'être rénové. Tout à était parfait, le personnel est très à l'écoute et accueillant. Nous nous sommes régalés au dîner dans le restaurant gourmet de l'hôtel. Piscine chauffée. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit. La chambre occupée n'est pas à la hauteur de ce type d'établissement, y compris la salle de bain. Très vieillot et bruyant. La salle de restaurant est très bien, vue mer, un peu impersonnelle. Le personnel est bien, la restauration aussi. Dommage que les chambres, qui datent du siècle dernier, ne soient pas refaites pour mettre tout l'établissement à niveau. Bonne situation géographique de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel et nous en étions très satisfaits puisque nous y sommes retournés.
Nous sommes toutefois déçus du manque d'écoute du personnel de la réception. Nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse en tant que membre Silver / Hotels.com concernant :
- la possibilité d'un up-grade
- l'accès gratuit à un soin du spa.
Par ailleurs, il était indiqué sur notre contrat que l'accès à la plage était soumis à un coût jusqu'au 31 août ... et on nous a demandé 40 Euros au mois de septembre pour des transats en 1ère ligne alors qu'ils étaient majoritairement inoccupés !
Ceci dit, l'hôtel reste recommandable au vu de sa situation et de son confort.

Die kleinen 17m2 sind nur knapper Durchschnitt. Keine Ambiance. Betten sind knapp komfortabel. Hotelpersonal ist extrem freundlich. Auswahl an offenen Weinen zu knapp für ein 4* Hotel. Lage ist top.

Nydelig hotell på stranden
Pros:

Nydelig hotell rett på standen. Her er en god lett frokost inkludert og solsenger på Strand og ved basseng. Alt er ryddig og pent og kort gåavstand til alt. Anbefaler også restaurant på hotellet.

Très bel hôtel avec une situation directement face à la mer. Très bons équipements et belles terrasses pour le petit déjeuner, prendre un verre la journée et soir. Le repas est également délicieux. Personnel charmant et très sympathique et la chambre est impeccable. On y reviendra sans hésiter.
