There is music until 02:00 Saturdays and karaoke on Sunday nights (Bank holiday weekends there is a DJ on Sunday nights). The hotel provides free earplugs in case this might disturb guests, and a quieter room can be requested.

Comfortable beds in a spacious room.
Overhead only shower, prefer hand held shower - and the bath was very high sided which made getting in and out to shower quite dangerous. Although there is a warning sign on stairs, to the room, that warns to hold the handrails - the steps are sloping and quite unnerving especially when descending.

there was a lot if noise on saturday night from outside in the street.
Really well located. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had a lovely big bathroom. Great cooked breakfast too.
The car park isn’t particularly well explained. It’s a pay and display car park accessed next to the pub but free for guests. However we couldn’t see any signage for guests with instructions on what to do, nor were they in the email confirmation. Had to call on the phone from outside in the car to clarify where to park and the process (you get a little paper pass on check in to display on your dash).
Room spotless and well maintained And had done great job and refilled our tea coffee etc when requested.
Super comfy bed best nights sleep in a long while. Nice to open curtains on Monday morning and see 12 geese below us and when we had breakfast they had a waddle up the road, lovely to see. Breakfast was served by Chris promptly and just what we requested. All staff very friendly have already booked again for October
Suggestion to put small pot on breakfast tables for rubbish butter papers jam pots etc

Lovely clean spacious room. We had our dog with us at no extra charge The staff were friendly & the food great. Right in the town centre. Would highly recommend.
Nothing all good
Sparkling clean, pleasantly surprised about the lack of noise from the pub downstairs. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom facilities. Nice breakfast. Staff went the extra mile to put up some decorations for my partner’s birthday and left us a bottle of fizz!
The pillows were a little lumpy for my partner’s liking, and we heard an irritating buzzing noise every 8 seconds all night and couldn’t work out what it was!
It had everything you needed and was comfy and clean. All the staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming

Easy to find and park. Staff friendly. Room really spacious and lovely bedding. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you.
Only thing I can think off is no de-caff coffee (I arrived late and wanted a coffee but couldn’t risk caffeine at 8.30pm!). Very minor issue!
The noise of the bar/club until 2.20 ear plugs were given but didn’t work so would not rebook which is a shame because room and staff were very good
