Die Gastfreundschaft war herausragend. Wir wurden nach einer langen, stressigen Anreise herzlich empfangen. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns super unterstützt und wir haben viele wertvolle Tipps für unsere Zeit in Thailand bekommen.
Beim Zimmer hat uns die geräumige Liege auf dem Balkon am besten gefallen.

It's a perfect place to stay in Kamala. The area is quiet but close to the centre with shops, restaurants, and to the beach. The hotel is brand new, our room was spacious and cozy. The swimming pool was a great place to relax. The owner is nice and helpful.

The lady who owns the property is wonderful, always greeting us, very attentive, helpful, caring and all the positive words I could think of.
I was travelling with my elderly parents and purposely booked a deluxe room that had easy elevator access for them so they wouldn't have to use the stairs. She upgraded us to the ground floor pool access deluxe suites so parents could have easy access. She demostrated to my mother how to safely get in and out if the pool showing a lot of care. That's just one example of how tuned in she was to guest needs. Thank you so much!
They don't serve breakfast but you can easily access food and if you book the deluxe rooms you get to make yourself breakfast.
The rooms had direct access to the pool, a mini kitchen equipped with a sink, cooker top, cooking utensils, microwave oven, kettle larger fridge than most hotels and a toaster.
We saw a big hotel car park too.
Location was good between the main street and the beach. Lots of halal eateries nearby. I recommemd Amena's halal food by the beach.
Many 7-elevens and massage parlours in walking distance as well as a Big C and Tops.

This small hotel run by Ju and Zen is super cozy. They are really great and help you with anything you need – questions, problems, where to go, what to see. Besides being awesome owners, they are just really nice people. The rooms are big and have everything you need. The pool is clean, and the whole place is so peaceful after the busy streets and beaches. We really loved it there!

We had a wonderful stay at VIVACE Hotel in Phuket and I honestly can’t recommend it enough definitely a well-deserved five stars. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making it ideal for families who are looking for a clean and quiet place to relax. This is not a party spot for teenagers, but rather a calm and peaceful environment that suits families perfectly.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly always ready to assist with anything we needed, no matter how small. It made a big difference and added a warm, welcoming touch to our stay. They are genuinely generous and hospitable.

One thing that really impressed us: after checking out, we realized we had forgotten something in the room. Without hesitation, they sent it to us by motorcycle straight to the airport! That level of care and service is rare and truly appreciated.

They also offer daily laundry service they’ll collect your clothes and have them washed and returned the very next day. Everything came back perfectly, and nothing ever went missing.

The location is also super convenient. On one side, you have Big C Market (like Walmart), 7-Eleven, and a few pharmacies all within walking distance. On the other side, it’s only about a six-minute walk to the beach.

Overall, VIVACE Hotel is an absolute gem for families looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

Для меня только один был минус и он довольно значимый - это слышимость между номерами . Ночью поздно возвращались соседи и слышно буквально каждое движение , даже как пищат кнопки сейфа . В какую то из ночей приходилось стучать в стену , потому что дверьми хлопали так ,что невозможно было спать .

Einfach perfekt diese Unterkunft. Sehr geschmackvoll, sehr großes Zimmer, top sauber und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Ein kleiner Familienbetrieb, sollte man sowieso unterstützen. Schöne Anlage. Wir hatten ein daybed auf der Terrasse mit Deckenventilator. Kann man auch nachts gut drauf schlafen. Der Strand Kamala ist schön, aber schon ein bisschen touristisch. Es gibt dort gute Restaurants

Staff (Zen) is amazing, such a sweet and helpful host.
We received so many recommendations on things to do and places to eat!
Kamala Beach area is much more low key than the crazy busy Patong Beach or Old Town areas.
Hotel room (deluxe studio w/balcony) is perfect for a couple, lovely pool and housekeeping daily, wifi seemed solid until a storm passed through.
Walkable to Big C for groceries, tons of restaurants.
Need to use Bolt to get to any other areas including the island snorkel trips, elephant sanctuary, Old Town, Temples, etc. Worth it for the quieter location.
All in all.... WONDERFUL!

Отдыхали семь дней и остались в полном восторге от отеля, его хозяев и персонала. Прекрасное расположение в тихом месте, недалеко от главной улицы и пляжа. Чистый и уютный номер, где каждый день меняют полотенца и делают уборку. Хочется отметить камерность отеля и душевную атмосферу в нем. Непременно выбрали бы повторно данный отель.
