JJ Airport Condotel

Booked and paid for a room here. Turned up and the security guard (with no english and via google translate) told me it was a locals only place and not a hotel. Didn't answer the phone when I tried to call them multiple times. Been absolutely scammed and still trying to retrieve my money. DON'T BOOK HERE!

The building was very hard to find. Our taxi driver spent an extra 30 minutes driving around the area because even our GPS was having trouble finding it. Once we did arrive there were no signs for reception at all - it appears to be an apartment building more than a hotel. Once we found where to check in they were very rude. We were hungry and asked where there was nearby to get food the lady replied "Nowhere. Can I go now"
Overall the worst stay at any "hotel" I have ever had.

La habitación está bien pero no es una zona de muy fácil acceso y menos si llegas de noche y a pie. No es un hotel de aeropuerto, si bien queda cerca. El personal muy poco amigable y hablaba poco inglés. Si bien el edificio es nuevo y está bien, no sé lo veía muy limpio. No usé las instalaciones.

Great location to stay near airport for late arrivals or early departure. The A/C is terrible, the unit is not large enough to keep room cool.

Een nette Accomodatie. Maar erg moeilijk te vinden. Hadden een taxi genomen (niet nodig 15 min lopen van vliegveld) maar duurde 20 min voordat hij het gevonden had.
Check-in was slecht. Geen Engels maar ook onze reservering was niet te vinden. Ze heeft wat gebeld en en lang wachten (15min) kregen we een sleutel. Alles nieuw. Lichtschakelaars nog in het plastic. Harde maar goede bedden. Zeker een hotel voor 1 nacht. Met gym en zwembad. Value die money als je kan vinden.

Hotellet höll på att renoveras när vi var där så det var lite liv. Allt helt nytt i rummet. Trevligt med pool och tillgång till gym.

プーケットは6回目で、毎回ホテルを変えています。1階が駐車場で、客室は2階から、同じような大きな建物が2棟あり規模が大きかったように思います。ほかのホテルとは違い、ややマンションにいるような印象を感じましたが、それはコンドテルだからでしょうか。

客室は、飾り気はありませんが、広い方ですし、清潔でした。
コンドテルなので？サービスも最低限な感じですが、周辺と比較しても高いことはなく、この料金帯のホテルとしては、金額相応といった感じですので、不満はありませんでした。
ただ、昼間に廊下に電気がついていなくて暗いかったので、昼間はちょっと心細い感じがしました。
使ってはいませんが、ジムやプールの設備があったようなので、使えばもう少し印象も違ったのかも。

立地が、ビーチのある繁華街、レストラン街からは反対側の路地を入った奥のやや山寄りにあるので、周辺も寂しく、滑走路に近いので飛行機の音だけが響いているので、徒歩で周辺を楽しむ目的の方には向いてないですが、その分、空港からも近いし、ゲート・守衛つきの広い駐車場もあるので、トランジットやレンタカー等で足ある方には向いていると思います。
私はレンタカーでしたので、広い駐車場には助かりました。
コイン式の洗濯機があるので、雨で濡れた服を洗えたのも助かりました。
移動の自由があり、ある程度周辺に詳しく長期滞在の方、夜寝るだけの人には向いていると思いました。

The hotel is under construction and not in the best location unless you are looking for quick access to the Phuket airport

Was nice stay! Booked the standard! But when we saw the room we upgraded directly! Horror room the standard with fan! But otherwise the new room was so nice! Perfect! Place gave us a jungel feeling! Need a renovation of the area a little bit! Pool are etc! We booked with breakfast buffe, skip that! Not very great! Better in the city! And wifi was veeeeery bad! Worked sometimes during the day and at evening in the bungalow not at all, and during the time we stayed they didn't fix it! But it was ok! A little detox from the social media!

- von Flughafen entgegen der Beschreibung nur mit Taxi erreichbar.
- kein Hotel sondern ein Appartementhaus ohne Personal.
- hässliches Gebäude, völlig anders als auf dem Foto, Zimmer in 7. Etage, 7. Etage nicht vollständig ausgebaut.

- eine Person die einem das Zimmer zeigt, sonst keine Angestellten.
- halbtote Kakerlaken und andere Insekten in der Dusche und auf dem winzigen "Balkon".
- kein Frühstück, kein Service, in der Straße kein Restaurant o.ä., Family Mart in 700m Entfernung.
- wir sind nach einer Horrornacht umgezogen obwohl wir vorab zwei Nächte bezahlt haben und würden uns über eine Rückerstattung der zweiten Nacht freuen.

Бронировали именно этот отель, так как было указано наличие мини кухни. Ничего подобного не оказалось. При заселении сказали что номера с кухнями заняты и принесли микроволновую печь и немного посуды. Но мы ведь бронировали номер именно с кухней! Как так? Сам отель в процессе стройки, постоянно был шум из за этого и везде строительная пыль. Кроме того стены в отеле очень тонкие и звукоизоляции практически нет. Бассейн на самом деле не такой как на фото. Намного меньше и грязный. В номере убираются только если попросишь, причем надо просить несколько раз! В округе нет прокатов байков, ближайшие на найанге. Плюсом было наличие тренажерного зала, но окна в нем жутко грязные. Девушки на ресепшене очень милые, но толку от этого нет, так как одна практически не понимает английский, вторая понимает, но просьба об уборке была выполнена с третьего раза, при том пошла убираться она сама... Странно

It's very close to the airport, 10 mins walk. Hard bed, poor plumbing.
