Pros:

The host was incredibly welcoming and always available to help whenever we had an issue. She also organized our day trip to Ninh Binh at a very good price, and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes from the Old Market and right in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect to be honest.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi. It has all that you need!
Pros:

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was right in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms were clean and comfortable. No issues at all. The hostess Kim was extremely hospitable and helpful. She helped us with a free upgrade on our arrival due to availability. She was amazing!

Cons:

We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast. It was average. The breakfast can definitely be improved to offer more sweet things. There was only toast with tea and the eggs which you could ask the chef to prepare. Also, they should provide a large jug of milk as tourists use more milk for cereals and tea. There was a very small jug of milk in the breakfast area and we had to keep on asking them to top up the milk.

Bien situé, chambre spacieuse et propre.
Bon petit déjeuner avec des options locales et occidentales.

Cons:

Les services complémentaires sont très chers (early checking 20 dollars, laverie deux fois plus chère que dans celle du coin de la rue…)

Pros:

It's a great location, about 10 minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake and 6 minutes to Dong Xuan Market. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was decent. The facilities are a bit dated, which is fine for me, who tends to just sleep in my accommodations while traveling, but if you're concerned about quality, consider this hotel. I chose a room with a city view, but they didn't give me one, which was a bit disappointing. I used it well during my three-day trip to Hanoi.

Great experience for a great value
Pros:

We stayed in four different Old Quarter hotels (due to last minute changes) and thought the Golden Holiday was best. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Really an unrivaled experience for a great value. Highly recommend.
