Lovely hotel but falls short due to the the points i have mentioned. Particularly breakfast guys!!
Pros:

The reception staff were very helpful and the room / hotel is spotless.

Cons:

The breakfast was below average, the food wasn't of good quality and the selection not great which is a shame as i'm pretty sure you're well aware that the vast majority of your guests enjoy hotel breakfast time and in my household it's one of the highlights of any hotel stay. The breakfast staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. They all looked like they didn't want to be there. Miserable would be the best description to be honest. The bar / pool could also be improved to give it more of a holiday feel. It was soulless. The music was awful but thankfully i couldn't hear it too much as was very low volume.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Very comfy beds and a nice pool/bar area upstairs. Also a great location between city and airport.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey. They could also leave more than 1 roll of toilet paper in the room

Perfect congress hotel
Pros:

Great breakfast buffet, spacious room (superior booking), good bed and pillows, quiet.

Handy location if you need to be at the congress centre, otherwise a bit of a walk from the city centre. Perfect that the bus stop is in front of the building to get to/from the airport.

Cons:

No free water to use in the room for coffee or tea - tap water tastes of chlorine.

Window on top level is locked, cannot open it to get fresh air.
Several seats of chairs in the restaurant are wrecked in such a way that you can damage your clothes easily (a piece of wood even got stuck into my trouser leg when I slided onto one of the high chairs).

Great hotel, definitely recommend!
Pros:

We have just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We cannot fault a single part of our stay, everything was perfect.
Every member of staff we met was polite helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool and bar was perfect, there were always loungers and the lifeguard was great. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and varied each day. Our room was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We used the spa which was also lovely. The hotel was clean and looked brand new, none of the walls were scuffed or furniture worn. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.

Hotel in bester Lage mit schönem Zimmern mit Beigeschmack.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top!

Cons:

Ab 18.00 Uhr hat nur noch die Bar unten auf. Kein Pool oben und die Rooftopbar hatte auch geschlossen.

Als Zwischenstopp-Hotel nicht geeignet.

Lüftung im Zimmer ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Auch das „Lunchpaket“ für Nicht-Frühstücker ist nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Tiefgaragenstellplätze zu wenig.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Great location, close to the neighbourhood of Potixol, the beach and a short walk into Palma city. Very close to the airport and the airport bus stops right outside the hotel doors. All the staff were amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

Couldn’t fault anything.
