Cons:

Da die Zimmer keine Terasse haben, kann man die Badesaison nur im Badezimmer zum trocken aufhängen. Dort dauert es mehr als 2 Tage bis alles getrocknet ist. Aber das ist auch das einzige was mich persönlich gestört hat.

Molto bello lo stile e molto spaziose le camere. La vista mare è super consigliata. A ogni piano è presente un servizio toilette. La piscina è ventilata poiché si trova al 7 piano.

Cons:

Ho notato che non viene passata l’aspirapolvere in stanza quindi mi sono ritrovata per 2 giorni con la sabbia a terra. Per il prezzo che ho pagato almeno una passata poteva essere data.

Clean, comfortable but rather noisy.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were exceptional, all of them! The breakfasts were excellent, with a good choice. It was lovely to be able to use the hotel towels on the beach, as well as the pool.

Cons:

The pool was fairly small (not reflected in the photos), and there were a couple of hen/stag parties who completely took over the pool, splashing others, playing their own music etc. We felt sorry for the pool guard who tried to get them to calm down.
I think this is probably a young person's destination more than for an older person.
The menu at dinner was pretty disappointing.
The hotel is located in a concrete jungle with eight lanes of fast moving traffic between it and the sea. We used the bus every day.

Das Hotel punktet vor allem mit seiner hervorragenden Lage – sowohl das Stadtzentrum als auch der Flughafen sind in etwa zehn Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Hotel.
Das Frühstück ist absolut solide und bietet täglich kleinere Abwechslungen im Menü. Besonders schön sind der Pool und die Hotelbar mit einem wirklich tollen Ausblick. Ein großes Plus ist auch das Fitnessstudio, das rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist.
Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel über keine Terrassen verfügt. Da ich das allerdings bereits vor der Buchung wusste, würde ich das nicht als Minuspunkt bewerten. Wirklich schade ist jedoch das sehr kleine Fenster im Zimmer, das sich zudem nicht öffnen lässt. Das empfand ich als deutlichen Nachteil, da dadurch kaum Frischluft ins Zimmer kommt.
Etwas enttäuschend war auch der gebuchte Meerblick. Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bezahlt, tatsächlich blickte unser Zimmer jedoch hauptsächlich auf eine trockene Wiese, mit lediglich teilweise sichtbarem Blick auf den Hafen.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund der Lage, des schönen Pools, der Bar, des 24/7-Fitnessstudios und des freundlichen Personals dennoch empfehlenswert. Beim Zimmer mit Meerblick würde ich mir allerdings eine genauere Beschreibung bzw. eine bessere Zuordnung der Zimmer wünschen.

Cons:

Die Hygiene im Hotel ist leider überhaupt nicht auf einem akzeptablen Niveau. Die Fenster waren derart verschmutzt, dass man kaum durch sie hindurchsehen konnte.
Der größte Schock war jedoch das Badezimmer: Auf den Wandfliesen befanden sich getrocknete Spritzer bzw. Rückstände, bei denen es sich offensichtlich um Blut oder Fäkalien handelte. Ich habe den gesamten Zustand inklusive Fotos umgehend an der Rezeption gemeldet. Dort wurde mir zugesichert, dass das Problem behoben wird. Die Reinigungskräfte, die anschließend im Zimmer waren, haben diese Stelle jedoch einfach ignoriert.
Daraufhin habe ich den Vorfall zusätzlich per E-Mail offiziell an den Kundenservice gemeldet. Auch darauf erfolgte keine angemessene Reaktion – das Problem wurde schlicht ignoriert.
Nach zwei Tagen habe ich die Rückstände schließlich selbst von den Fliesen entfernt. Es ist wirklich unglaublich, dass man als Hotelgast gezwungen ist, so etwas selbst zu reinigen.
Ein absolut ekelhaftes und enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Besonders erschreckend ist, dass das Hotel trotz mehrfacher Meldung und vorhandener Fotos keinerlei ernsthaftes Interesse gezeigt hat, das Problem zu beheben. Von einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie erwarte ich deutlich mehr – vor allem Sauberkeit und Hygiene.

Ho provato un massaggio alla Spa e non mi è piaciuto. Troppo caro per il tipo di trattamento. 50 minuti di cui effettivi di massaggio 40, e terapista molto veloce e superficiale
