Pros:

Location, staff, breakfast and room were perfect. The early check in and the option to use the pool and spa to shower after check out was exceptional.

Cons:

The roof bar closes at 19.00 which was frustrating. The hotel website claims guests can enjoy the sunset there! We had to go elsewhere to enjoy an evening drink and bar atmosphere

Gute Lage und schöne Zimmer, aber für den hohen Preis insgesamt zu wenig Leistung.
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine ausgezeichnete Lage direkt am Meer. Die Altstadt ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was ideal ist, um Palma zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war täglich frisch, hochwertig und bot eine gute Auswahl. Auch die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, sauber und geräumig. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen modernen und gepflegten Eindruck.

Das Personal war höflich, allerdings eher neutral. Es gab keinen schlechten Service, für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse hätte ich mir jedoch mehr Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht.

Cons:

Weniger gefallen hat mir die Einrichtung. Sie ist sehr minimalistisch und erinnert eher an ein modernes schwedisches Autohaus als an ein Hotel auf Mallorca. Der Rooftop-Pool ist zwar optisch ansprechend, für die Anzahl der Gäste jedoch deutlich zu klein. Außerdem gibt es dort zu wenige Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Im Badezimmer wirkte der Duschwasserhahn billig verarbeitet und war zudem sehr tief angebracht, was die Bedienung unpraktisch macht. Auch eine Toilettenbürste fehlte.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel keineswegs schlecht und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Angesichts des hohen Preises stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich jedoch nicht. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Atmosphäre, Komfort und Service erwartet. Aus diesem Grund würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Fint och välstädat rum med bra sängar och bra läge. Poolen var mindre än som visades på hemsidan, trodde att hotellet låg intill havet.

Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel. Pokoje są świetnie wyciszone, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć. Do plaży jest zaledwie 5 minut spacerem, a wzdłuż niej znajduje się wiele restauracji i barów. Centrum miasta oddalone jest o około 25 minut pieszo, ale tuż obok hotelu znajduje się przystanek komunikacji miejskiej, skąd można dojechać do centrum w kilka minut za około 2 €. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel zarówno na relaksujący wypoczynek, jak i zwiedzanie okolicy. 😊

Cons:

Śniadania mogłyby być nieco bardziej urozmaicone, ale nie było źle – każdy bez problemu znajdzie coś dla siebie.
Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i chętnie wróciłbym do tego hotelu. Polecam! 😊👍

Tolle Lage, kinderfreundlich

Cons:

Ich war mit einem baby und einem Kleinkind unterwegs und musste vor Ort auf ein größeres Zimmer mit 2 Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Wohnzimmer Upgraden. Obwohl ich eine Terasse wollte. Auch wenn alle Kinder bei mir im Bett schliefen ginge das nicht- total unnötig.

Could have been a lot better
Pros:

Location was great. 25 minute walk to centre, but overlooking beach with great restaurants very nearby

Cons:

The service received when help needed with the shower, which we struggled to work. We were not alone with this issue and having asked Reception for help were just shown a piece of the shower and no follow up, despite continuing to have issues resulting in scalding water which burnt my scalp and required a staff member to attend - although he had no English.
I emailed them on 15 June to advise of the dangers - especially for a child and no response received as of 20 June.
On another matter, there was no information available and a visit to the Spa re: treatments, we were just told about the pool and nothing else.
We were disappointed with the overall service - exception Pool and bar - as we were recommended this hotel by a friend
