Pros:

A bit off the beach, but an easy enough walk- friendly (if slightly absent) host, clean room, working AC, hot water heater. A good place for the price and locale.

Nice accommodation
Pros:

We had a very spacious and clean room but the guesthouse is situated only about 30 metres from railway tracks and next door there is a Chill In Bar - they play distorted music whole day but finishing at 10 PM with no guests at all.
