SECURITY AND VALET SERVICE
Pros:

I was staying in Yello Hotel Manggarai Jakarta, couple times i have stays . If i come to hotel , security team assist me to park my car and give me the ticket for valet service by them. Couple times i get back to car , they use my car for personal , during i leave my car i already remind myself to turn the AC off , but when i get my car back the AC was turn on during i try to turn the ignition of my car . It was not 1 or 2 times. I have managed my complain to the hotel but seems like they ignore it. I dont know what should i do to keep your staff to aware and not to missed this case anymore, but i believe if you can not manage the people then you need to change them.

MEMORABLE STAY : YOUR HOSPITALITY SERVICE IS VERY POOR!
Pros:

I done my check in to room 715 around 10pm. Your housekeeping left towel origami on the bed, sweet gesture, thank you. After around 2 hours I can't feel any cool air from the aircon, I call your frontdesk and he said he will send engineering team. They came and check the remote and said will inform us back soon. We wait with no news, then we call back to your fd team, we request for room moved, they said they only have twins! Is that even our problem?! We booked for double bed and without any solution your fd just easily said no double just twin left! We gave them a solution just make your twin bed to hollywood! One of the team came and gave us the key to the room. He didn't even offer any assistance to bring our luggages, just key and gone!
With no spare hands, we went to the new room 511 with the fact that the key was not working! NICE!
We went down to fd, they gave us new key and one of your team assist us to 511 and we found out that your team only push the twin bed without making it hollywood. I believe your experienced team should know what hollywood type of bed means, right?!
We came down for the second time to fd with all our luggages just to be asked to wait for another 30 minutes..UNBELIEVABLE!
00.30 they gave us the key to 511 with the hollywood bed inside.
