First Class Service and hotel
Pros:

Absolute Gem and second to none service - can’t believe we havnt stayed in this family run hotel before.
Julia on reception was lovely and the breakfast could not have been better - fresh fruit - cooked bacon / scrambled eggs and lovely pastries with a cappuccino
The bed was comfy and we slept like logs. It’s in the Main Street so a mere minutes walking distance to the shops and restaurants however behind the hotel is a peaceful tranquil pool.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Pros:

Es war alles sehr schön , ein wirklich sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel ! Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt , auch der Service im Frühstücksraum war sehr gut. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen !!

Cons:

Das einzige was man verbessern könnte - es fehlt ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank / Minibar im Zimmer ,
aber ansonsten war alles top .

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da man zentral ist, aber am Rande der belebten Fußgängerzone. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr charmant italienisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns am Pool sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten uns vom Trubel des Zentrums wunderbar erholen. Die Tiefgarage direkt am Haus.

Cons:

Wir hatten anfangs ein sehr kleines Zimmer zur Straße, dass wir spontan am 2. Tag tauschen konnten. Ich würde immer ein Zimmer zur Poolseite empfehlen. Der zusätzliche Preis beim Frühstück für einen Smoothie.

Place to stay in Bardolino.
Pros:

Super Lage, superfreundliches Personal und wahnsinnig sauber, man hat das Gefühl, dass man aus der Dusche essen kann, für mich immer ein großes Indiz und allein der Duschkopf war richtig sauber.

Cons:

Frühstück kann üppiger sein, das Bett war ok, die Matratze ist sehr Bewegungsempfindlich.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, bequemes Bett im stilvollen Zimmer, moderne Tiefgarage, gutes Frühstück, relativ großer Pool

Cons:

Schade, dass ein Cappuccino zum Frühstück extra berechnet wird - der angebotene schwarze Kaffee hat uns nicht so zugesagt. Außerdem hätten wir uns über einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer gefreut.
