Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Lage ist mit sehr schönem Ausblick und ruhig gelegen doch sehr zentral, das Parken super einfach und kostengünstig. Das Frühstück sehr gut mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas schmal für 2 Personen und die Matratze unkomfortabel.

Friendly, super room, great breakfast
Pros:

What a friendly hotel. Welcomed by the owner (before the normal check in time) and shown to a spacious, clean and well presented bedroom. All that we needed. And the breakfast room is very impressive - light and airy and the food choice was great. So much so that I didn't miss my cooked breakfast! Staff very attentive and friendly - both from the breakfast team and the cleaners.

Cons:

The entrance of the hotel and the internal stairs look like they need a bit of tlc, which isn't uncommon for similar older properties - but the bedrooms are not like this! This minor observation would not stop us recommending the hotel.

Excellent place to stay in Folkestone.
Pros:

The location was excellent and close to a lovely walk along the path by the sea. There are a number of good restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast was well presented and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. Well done Westward Ho!

Cons:

The wobbly toilet seat.

Ein sehr britisches empfehlenswertes B&B !
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Lage mit Meerblick und sehr angenehmer Nachbarschaft, gute Restaurants fussläufig .

Cons:

Das Fenster war sehr undicht und es zog ordentlich bei dem sehr windigem Wetter rein.

Fantastische Lage, hundefreundlich
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, insbesondere der Meerblick. Man ist direkt an der Promenade über dem Meer - perfekt für Spaziergänge (mit Hund oder ohne). Das Familienzimmer ist geräumig, für einen längeren Aufenthalt gäbe es allerdings zu wenig Ablageflächen. Die Betten sind sehr gut, mit etwas strafferen Matratzen.

Cons:

Das Bad ist alt und die Wasserleitungen wahnsinnig laut. Auch die von den Nachbarn.
Bei dem Übernachtungspreis müsste eigentlich ein englisches Frühstück drin sein. Es gab immerhin Obst, Joghurt, Toast und Marmelade, Käse und eine Anzahl verschiedener Cerealien, die nicht alle frisch wirkten. Dazu mini-"Croissants" aus der Tüte.

Lovely place! Definitely, we're coming again!
Pros:

Everything was great! The room is spotless, and you can enjoy a wonderful sea view right from the window. The area is really lovely, and the staff are so kind and welcoming.

Cons:

The bed had a spring mattress; we prefer a firmer one. I don't think that's a negative review, because everyone has a preferred mattress type. We slept well, so it definitely isn't a negative point.

Carpet in the room was old.
The room was in disrepair, hand towel hanger came off, it smelt old and musty.
No lift.

Only stayed 2 night before ferry to France in the morning. Definitely the low light of the holiday
