The manager on duty was super helpful, BUT we ended up seeing a dead bedbug in our bed when we finally ended up in for the night. She did end up switching our room, but The GM did nothing to accommodate our stay.

The location was great. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The indoor pool and the outdoor pool needed to be cleaned. We went to both pools every day we were there and the pools weren’t clean. There was a lot of sand at the bottom of the pools.

It was good minus the dripping. They would only reimburse me for 1 night.

Condensation was on the ceiling and it began dripping and got all of our belongs damp. I can’t post pictures because I only have videos of the ceiling and belongings
