Important information:

According to Federal Law 8,069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot stay in hotels, unless they are accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his or her parents, written authorization will be required for the minor to check into the hotel. We have event auditoriums and there is an additional cost to use this auditorium:

Auditorium for up to 50 people R$ 600 per day.

Auditorium for up to 60 people R$ 650 per day.

Auditorium for up to 180 people R$ 1300 per day.

The event auditorium is open from 8am to 6pm. Guests must notify the property of their request to use the event auditorium in advance.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Colazione ottima, con inizio presto al msttino se si hanno voli o escusioni in pantanal.
camere ampie, buon rapporto qualità prezzo .

Cons:

Nonostante la hall fosse curata e accogliente, le camere ampie ma praticamente vuote, tipo dormitorio. Una finestra non si chiudeva bene.

Pros:

location is good, close to bus routes. there is a 24 hr laundrette 15mins walk away. AC and wifi is good and there is a fridge in the room. there is a desk in the room. staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

i had a room next to a very noisy road (cars/trucks/buses) and only half the window is covered by glass so there is no way to seal out the sound from the street. thankfully i had earplugs. room a little shabby. laundry service is outsourced and not available on sundays. breakfast room very dark.

Na verdade gosto de tudo : funcionários , camareiras, enfim todos muito atenciosos e educados.

Café da manhã bom, recepção atenciosa, quarto com bom tamanho.

Cons:

Em dias de chuva, como foi o caso, a cobertura do estacionamento não isola a água totalmente. Como sugestão para o local do café da manhã, luzes mais quentes, música ambiente e algo mais alegre, como flores ou objetos coloridos, poderiam torná-lo mais aconchegante. Contudo, isso não comprometeu em nada a estadia.
