spacious. wonderful experience
Pros:

The hotel room is spacious compared to the common standards found elsewhere in Japan. Facilities, even though not so fancy and modern, are kept very clean, neat and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Especially, we had a very good experience with the hotel staff after leaving. We left our device items in the room by mistakes and found out only few days after we reached home. We contacted the hotel and got their response and support very much immediately. Now we already received our lost items by mail without any hassles.
Because of this good experience, I would like to give the maximum rate as a way of saying thank you for your friendly and helpful services. We will definitely stay here again.
