Hotel, Personal, Essen einfach Tip Top
Wellnesbereich etwas älter aber sehr sauber gehalten.

Cons:

Wollten einen Spa Tag machen, mit Massage, Fettabbau, Maniküre Pediküre. Sind auch gleich nach Ankunft an die Spa Rezeption gegangen. ( ca. 12:30), war niemand da. Gut Mittagspause gedacht und später versucht. ( 15 uhr und 16:30) nochmals. da gestanden ist Rezeption 8-20 Uhr. An diesem Tag war niemand an der Spa Rezeptio. Gingen dann gleich am nächsten Tag um 8 Uhr früh wieder hin um zu buchen für diesen Tag.
Bevor ich ihr sagen konnte was ich überhaupt buchen möchte, kam die Meldung " Für heute geht nicht mehr!" Hätte gestern buchen müssen. Erklärte ihr das wir morgen wieder nach Hause fahren und ich es gestern 3x probierte, jedesmal niemand da. Ihre Antwort. Sie hat halt auch mal Pause.
Hat mir meinen Tag schon sehr getrübt da ich mich eigentlich darauf freudig eingestellt habe und dann so unfreundlich behandelt wurde.
Einzige Vorteil dabei Ich sparte mir einiges an Geld was ich gerne dort gelassen hätte.

Der Wellnesbereich war auf der selben Etage wie unser Zimmer, das war sehr gut. Das Personal war super nett.

Cons:

Die Badezimmeraustattung ist verlaltet und sollte getauscht werden. Die Fliesen waren sehr verkalkt.

Pros:

Doručak je bio izvrstan ,masaže su za preporučit ,rade ih stvarno profesionalno.Sauna,đakuzi sve na nivou ,uredno,kontrola vode ,provjera na sve se pazi.
Sve se može ovaviti pješice sve je u blizini hotela .

Una notte a Heviz
Pros:

Posizione in centro, accanto al lago di Heviz (neanche 10 min a piedi) e vicino a tanti negozi.
Gentilezza del personale sia della reception che del ristorante.
Cena a buffet e colazione buone.
I servizi del wellness, specialmente la sauna.

Cons:

Il parcheggio era pieno e abbiamo parcheggiato a pochi metri in un parcheggio pubblico.

Bywałem w wielu miejscach na świecie. Pełen profesjonalizm. Zaangażowanie w wypełnianiu próśb gości.
Rozbudowana opcja Well&spa.
Wszędzie blisko. Hotel stworzony do wypoczynku.
Na ręce Dyrekcji składam podziękowania za uhonorowanie naszej rocznicy ślubu. Każdemu pracownikowi mówię Dziękuję. Były życzenia i poczęstunek. Było tak jak sobie zaplanowaliśmy. Było jak w bajce.
