Freezing room
Pros:

Room was freezing (heater turned off) so took all night to warm up due to being electric and NO WIFI code anywhere?

No hot water in the morning
Pros:

Woke up to no hot water, so could not have a shower. Had a wash & shave using the small kettle provided in room. There was no shower mat to stand on anyway or even hand towels. Stayed here 3 years ago but has changed ownership since. Staff we're great & tried there best under the circumstances, seemed to have there hands tied by the owner. Wife phone to complain & spoke to a manager who promised to get back to her after 4 days still not received a call re refund overall rating very poor service & will not be returning.

Nice hotel but very quiet
Pros:

Nice hotel but I was the only one there and nothing near by . Be nice if the weather was good with its nice gardens

Not A Bad Choice
Pros:

The room was comfortable. There was no aircon, and whilst there was a fan and we left the windows open it was still quite hot. The bed was OK but some good quality pillows would be an improvement. I think in this day and age, wifi which does not extend to the room, but can be accessed only in reception is not really adequate and it certainly inconvenienced us as I needed to get some work done. However, not a bad choice for all that.
