grande chambre confortable, très bon rapport qualité prix

un hotel de petite taille avec de grandes chambres, et très propres
la literie est confortable,
insonorisation trés bien

Cons:

.. nous n'avons pas aimé, l'accueil sans personne, aprés 14h enregistrement à distance obligatoire, nous recevons un code d'accès par téléphone, .. une fois maitrisé, ça fonctionne .. au début pas très facile (plusieurs minutes avant que cela ne fonctionne). l'absence de lien humain à l'arrivée (14h10) ; bof.

nous aurions peut etre du nous enregistrer bien avant notre arrivée - nous l'avons fait devant la porte de l'hotel

Una experiencia inolvidable en Ciutadella <3
Pros:

Una estancia increíble de principio a fin. El hotel es precioso, con un diseño moderno y muy cuidado, pero al mismo tiempo transmite mucha tranquilidad y calidez. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, muy cómodas y con muchísimos detalles que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de Ciutadella caminando y descubrir tanto el centro como las calas cercanas. El personal merece una mención especial, las chicas fueron extremadamente amables, atentas y siempre dispuestas a ayudar con recomendaciones y cualquier necesidad. El ambiente del hotel es muy relajante, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Es uno de esos lugares a los que apetece volver nada más marcharte.

Cons:

Sinceramente nada que destacar en negativo.

Pierangela vous accueille dans une maison entièrement restaurée où chaque chambre a sa personnalité.
En plus d'être très bien situé dans Ciutadella, l'hôtel est intime avec une grande table de petit déjeuner où les échanges avec les autres voyageurs sont aisés et agréables. C'est une maison de famille où vous vous régalerez au petit déjeuner qui propose tous les plaisirs: jambon ibérique, tortilla, fromage du cru et de l'ensaimeda à la crème vraiment délicieuse. Tout était parfait!

Visavis gibt es Lokale u Bars. Auch der Busbahnhof ist sehr nahe. Also perfekt. Trotz Straßenlage sehr ruhig. Absolut empfehlenswert

The hotel has friendly, open and helpful staff. The location is superb and breakfast is top-notch! The room was quite spacy and done with style and attention to details. The place is also easily accessible by car: there is a large parking in 5 minutes, half of which is free with paid overflow.

Un pequeño hotel muy, muy recomendable.
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. El personal también. Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias. El desayuno nos encantó a todos (cinco personas). El Wifi funcionço de marvilla en todas las habitaciones (dos en planta baja y una en la segunda planta). Las claves de entrada en hotel y habitaciones funcionaron sin problemas.

Cons:

Por suerte no tuvimos ningún problema durante nuestra estancia por lo que no puedo decir que hubiera algo que no me haya gustado.
