Spectacular sea + volcano view!
Pros:

The view from my room was spectacular.

Cons:

Paying each time I ordered room service. It would be simpler for the guest to run a tab and pay on checkout.

What a shame they can’t get the basics right here. If you have low expectations then you won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

Great location, good access to the mall.

Cons:

It’s dirty and run down, poorly maintained. The staff are friendly but obviously lacking in training and customer service.

Iets aan de prijs maar fijne locatie, heerlijk ontbijt, we komen zeker weer terug
Pros:

De locatie is top naast de mall en downtown Manado, het ontbijt buffet behoort tot de betere in Manado. Dit was ons tweede bezoek.

Cons:

Onze kamer stonk binnen 5 minuten na binnenkomst als een beerput, we hebben wel gelijk een andere, betere, kamer gekregen .

Centrally located hotel and astounding suite room with a sea view
Pros:

Location in the middle of the city and the astounding sea and city view.

Cons:

The sound proofing in the room we were in wasn’t great as we had a noisy neighbours on the first night.

Prima hotel met fijne locatie direct naast de mall, wel aan de prijzige kant voor Indonesië.
Pros:

Schoon, attent personeel en zeer goed ontbijt

Cons:

We hadden niet roken kamer met zeezicht geboekt maar bij aankomst waren er alleen roken kamers met zeezicht beschikbaar. We hebben een free upgrade gekregen naar een suite maar deze had geen zeezicht, beetje jammer.

Opening WINDOW!! Plus BRILIANT pool/views!
Pros:

Opening window in the room — surprisingly hard to find, but very important to me.

I understand that open windows can interfere with air conditioning, especially if condensation becomes an issue when the A/C is running hard with the window open. However, unless the air-conditioning system is modern enough to bring in fresh outside air, it is largely just recirculating room air, with only minimal fresh air coming through door gaps. That does not work well for me.

My preference is to keep the window open and the air conditioning off most of the time, then close the window and run the A/C briefly when I need to cool the room down. That seems like a reasonable compromise: fresh air most of the time, with cooling used only when needed. Plus rest of Window is massive picture Window.👍

okay, maybe 10 is a point generous as it wasn’t perfect , but I just love certain features of this Hotel! …… especially the swimming pool on the sixth floor. It’s totally world class for me …. and at this price point! Manado a cool place (google things to do here and get yourself a GRAB driver for the day ) and the Sheraton really made my experience special. Excellent staff, super comfy bed, decent breakfast,

Cons:

Arriving initially is a bit weird and you sort of have to work out what’s going on. Ended up leaving my luggage at the ground floor and going to the third floor to check in and then the luggage ticket tag system failed so I ended up phoning after 20 minutes, because I’ve not left my little luggage tag at reception.

Gut für eine Nacht nach der tauchsafari
Pros:

Nach einer Tauchsafari in einem ordentlichen Bett schlafen fühlte sich gut an. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem nett.

Cons:

Für ein Haus dieser Klasse war die Sauberkeit leider nicht zufriedenstellend.

thoughly enjoyed my few nights here before heading of to remote jungle living for a week

check in was easy room was neat and cleanish a little more attention to detail wouldn't go amiss, also knowing where the kettle and fridge were would have made it better
