All the staff were friendly.
Considering it’s rated as a 4-star hotel, the property felt quite old and not very clean. When I lifted the blanket, I found a yellow stain on the sheet, so I had to place my own towel on the bed before sleeping.

Ik verbleef 3 nachten in dit hotel in een Premier Deluxe kamer. De service van het hotel was uitzonderlijk, van mijn aankomst tot mijn vertrek op 20 december 2025. De conciërgeservice, van de receptie tot de schoonmaakservice, is geweldig. Ze zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
De conciërge beneden hielp me zelfs met mijn reserveringen, regelde een taxi naar de luchthaven en hielp met het dragen van mijn zware koffers.
Het ontbijt was ongelooflijk lekker en gevarieerd. Het personeel in het restaurant was ook zeer attent, vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam.
De kamer was schoon en ruim met een fantastisch uitzicht. De pool bar ook TOP.
De locatie is uitstekend, dicht bij winkelcentrum Mantos. Men kan zo de mall in via het restaurant
