Pros:

We only stayed for 2 nights and went to Bunaken. The food wasn't great and for a Sheraton it was below the usual standard. Well located in the city. We booked a transfer but they forgot to pick us up from the airport! The manager was very apologetic about it and offered us an upgrade but we would have preferred the taxi was there!

Overall it was ok for what we needed.

Once was enough
Pros:

The live music played by the local musicians during breakfast was fantastic, every member of the team was incredibly friendly

Cons:

Breakfast restaurant ambiance, lack of fresh food, food selection, waiting time for coffee, many guests smoking on open seating areas, cleanliness of the facility. Marriott should support the team, which is incredibly friendly and willing with more training and international exposure

So old and not clean, but best option in the city
Pros:

All the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Considering it’s rated as a 4-star hotel, the property felt quite old and not very clean. When I lifted the blanket, I found a yellow stain on the sheet, so I had to place my own towel on the bed before sleeping.
