Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Residence in Zagreb was very disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, the gentleman at the reception made us feel as if we were bothering him. There was no smile, no warm welcome, and no sign of friendliness, which created a poor first impression.

The room looked old and worn out. The bed was in poor condition, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The shower was terrible, and you could clearly see footprints from the previous guest on the bathroom tiles, giving the impression that the floor had not been cleaned at all.

The hotel is located right next to a main road, and trams pass directly beneath the windows.

Considering all of the above, I do not believe this hotel is worth the €120 per night that I paid. For that price, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service.

Loše i ne vraćam se.

Blizina svih sadrzaja.

Cons:

Kupaonica je dva puta poplavila. Jednom dok sam se tusirala i to sam sve rijesila rucnicima, drugi put drugi dan dok sam prala zube. Recepcionerka je trcala zamnom iz hotela tvrdeci da sam uzela stvari iz minibara, sto nisam. Kupila sam svoje.

Good location if you're passing by on a longer drive or visiting the city with a car, although it is very well connected with public transporting. The parking is very convenient, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Thanks for everything!

Pros:

Odgovarala mi je lokacija zbog poslovne obaveze u blizini. Hotel je solidan, uredne sobe osoblje mijenja ručnike svaki dan

Cons:

Kolega je imao problem s klima uređajem koji nije funkcionirao i nije mogao spavati zbog vrućine . Tek nakon upornog inzistiranja iduće noći je dobio drugu sobu
