Me parece que para ser premium de verdade faltam alguns detalhes como por exemplo um melhor exaustor na cozinha porque vc sai do restaurante com cheiro de comida e tem dias que esse cheiro invade a recepção

Cons:

Cobram estacionamento e não dão estrutura, estacionei meu carro num terreno e depois fui obrigado a pagar lavação e polimento pra tirar as manchas de bosta de passarinho. Querem cobrar, tudo bem mas ofereçam estrutura adequada, somente no checkout informaram que poderia ter colocado na garagem do prédio, poderiam ter falado no check-in, mas enfim não pretendo me hospedar novamente.

Precisam se atualizar urgentemente.
Pros:

A localização é, sem dúvida um fator que influência eu ficar lá quase sempre que vou a Criciúma.
Café da manhã é bem bom.

Cons:

Há mais de um ano que o sistema de tv não funciona direito. Maioria dos canais na tela da operadora, peço ajuda, mexem e bagunça tudo de novo e não resolvem.
Internet fornecida também cai constantemente.
