Colocar identificação sobre os frascos no banheiro. Impossível saber se é shampoo ou condicionador. Uma questão de tamanho de letra. “Tri”tem tamanho de letra de uns dois centímetros. “Hotel” , embaixo, tinha uns 8 mm. As letras informando o que era acho que tinham uns 0,7mm. Impossível de ler, debaixo do chuveiro sem óculos. Como tem gente de marketing burra…….

Simplesmente o Wi-Fi não funcionou. Mesmo trocando de quarto, continuava sem funcionar, o que era imprescindível para o meu trabalho.

Atendimento do pessoal da recepção foi muito bom, ambiente agradável, bem iluminado. Pra mim que gosto de tomar café, tem uma máquina do salão de entrada onde não é cobrado pelo cafézinho. Top.
