Excellent location, convenient to the rail station

Property was great. Only problem was that I walked to it from railway station and got lost. Signage very poor and hotel website provided no directions

Perfect location as it is 7min walk from the railway station and one airport terminal but if you need to go to the other terminal then u need to take subway or taxi.

Convenience, clean

Fantastic location—just steps from major train and subway lines, and close to shopping malls. The room was spotless, exceptionally quiet, and beautifully designed with a contemporary, truly luxurious touch—more upscale than most 4- or 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at in the U.S. The food was excellent.

Very friendly staff at the restaurant and the reception. Perfect location for travelers. 5 Min. Walk to railway station, 20Min to Airport Terminal 2, 15 Min walk to subway.

Location is great

Very spacious, clean, modern room. The bed very comfortable. Fantastic location as part of the HUB with shopping, restaurants, metro, high speed railway and Hongqiao airport. I checked out before the opening of breakfast and I was given a box for takeaway, very nice gesture.

Will recommend to anyone to this hotel but please make sure you have a backup internet connection. Other the rest was good. No other complaints.

This was our fifth time staying at the Cordis Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao, and we were extremely pleased again by the outstanding service and incredibly helpful staff!

A special shout-out to Karen and Kris at the front desk – they were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure that all our requests were handled with care and efficiency. Their warm hospitality made us felt right at home!

Also, a BIG thank you to Harris, the breakfast chef. My mom is a vegetarian, and he went above and beyond ensure that she had options to eat every morning. His attention to detail and kindness truly stood out.

The location is a big plus as it’s right next to the Hongqiao Train station and airport with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are comfortable with a big bathtub and separate shower. The beds are comfortable.
I definitely will come back to Cordis the next time I visit Shanghai.

很好的停留地

I stayed there during the Shanghai Motor show. Via Taxi/Didi is a less than 10minutes drive to the exhihibiton Center. The facility itself looks still quite new and fresh, good infrastructure in the sourrounding area with different kind of restaurants. Check in took a while but probably it was related to the exhibition time. Check-out was smooth - I needed a invoice with company address. Also they were kind enough to keep my luggage even though I checked out in the morning. I was able to pick up my luggage after the show in the laste afternoon. All in all it was a good experience.
