Celebrating family made the visit much better.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was near a lot of restaurants and other attractions.

Cons:

The fact that the hotel was under renovations which we were not made aware of until we arrived.

A superb value and a very satisfying stay!
Pros:

I love this location and the fact that it is so close to so many places we frequent when we visit the Fort Mill area.

There is nothing I remember about this place that I did not like.

Great except beds are worn and and horrible to sleep on.
Pros:

I like most things. Clean and nice staff.

Cons:

The beds are the only things that are horrible. Killed my back so bad i was up all night. We have been 2 times and same thing. Really need new matresses.

The cleanliness makes the hotel look like new!!
Pros:

The service from the staff was super nice and fast. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was varied and well-balanced.The room was organized. Excellent service.

Cons:

What I didn’t like is that our stay was only for one night. The pool is outdoors.

Great hotel with excellent staff and perfect location for my stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was terrific. Location was close to the medical facility which made life a lot easier. Loved having a choice of restaurants for dinner within walking distance.

Cons:

Room had a lot of mechanical noise. Bed was a bit on the soft side.

It was horrible.i am telling everyone’sout the lady at the desk

The cleanliness and location

Cons:

The staff was mean and horrible. There is an African American lady that works at the desk. She is always mean. No customer service skills at all. She had the cleaning crew to knock on my door like they were the police before checkout. Why would they do that. It was 10:45. I had just gotten out of the hospital with a stroke and I went there for rest and relaxation. I am a frequent customer but that lady is always mean. Something need to be done about her.

Very pleased.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast display. I don't eat breakfast, but it looked really good. I did take a tasty muffin to go.

Cons:

One of the parking lot entrances was closed and we drove around trying to find an alternate. Wish a sign was up directing us where to go.
