Our stay was short, but we plan to return to the same hotel in June if we find good nightly rates.
Pros:

I was a little nervous about the hotel selection, but in the end I was really impressed with everything: good cleanliness, a good breakfast, very friendly staff, and excellent service.. The gym is okay. Everything was well organized.

Cons:

The pool is very small. A little more attention to detail is needed around the edges of the bathrooms when it comes to cleanliness.

Great stay at Holiday Inn!
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and hot with plenty of options during our stay. The kitchen area was clean and well stocked and easy to navigate. I wanted some pancakes but couldn't figure out how to work the pancake machine (my first time seeing one:-)

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was how difficult it was to get into the actual hotel parking lot. The side entrance was barricaded with debris and prevented us from getting into the parking area. I had to call the hotel attendant to get directions on how to get to the hotel. We could see the hotel but couldn't get to it due to the entrance being blocked off and we kept driving in circles trying to find the entrance (directions given by MapQuest)...

Very nice and welcoming.
Pros:

The woman at the front desk was both Sat and Sun when we checked out, she was very helpful and welcoming. We left and later discovered we had forgotten my daughter's special pillow, the housekeeper had put ot aside and saved the day. Another woman, at the breakfast bar, was also helpful. I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere where everyone was pleasant and helpful. All this on a holiday weekend? Nice.

I’d only stay there if I had to… for the amount of money , it wasn’t worth it.

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Not enough carts. Had to take our luggage up in two trips. Unacceptable for a hotel that size. Hotel should have at least six and there were only three. The room was not as clean as I expected. Trash under the desk and shower stall was not clean.

Le confort, propreté, accueil et déjeuner tout était parfait
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très excellent. Il avait beaucoup de choix et le tout etai très bon et propre. Lors de notre retour nous arrêtons toujours dans un Holiday Inn Express, car nous savons que le tout sera impeccable
