Pros:

It was good, but a bug that made noise, flying around in room that keep us up at night and we could not reach it . We called main desk. They said they didn't have any one to help us.

Cons:

This hotel denied me stay the day of my arrival with no notification prior to me checking in. Stated that I couldn’t stay there because I was a local bt had never stayed at this hotel before ! Their professionalism was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there!

Great location to the hospital, very clean, very nice staff!

Very clean and updated!

Cons:

You can not make reservations if you live within 60 miles of the hotel; however, the staff was very accommodating given the situation!

The bed and the room was neat and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic!!!
