That is was close to everything
The staff were rude and I didn’t have enough towels the room smelled like mold
the breakfast was ok.
I checked in to this hotel because they had a pool. I wanted my child to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, it was nasty and when I asked the staff why the pool was green and blue he got an attitude. The room was nice except the water in the shower kept backing up in the tub.

The location was great for our visit to the area. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was GREAT!!! It was so wonderful having the large variety of items to choose from and the hot foods were hot and the cold orange juice was absolutely delicious! The temperature in the building was great! Especially in our room. It was so well set that we never had to adjust the setting. The beds were well made with sheets and pillow cases I wish to have at home! :-D
I really liked having the soap dispenser on the wall and ready as well as the body wash in the shower. And the ice machine where GREAT and provided great tasting ice. When we needed extra bathroom tissue, someone brought it up almost immediately of which we were very grateful for.
The bath tub base, unfortunately, was extremely slippery, but I placed a towel down to stand on while I took a shower. Otherwise, everything else was great!

As Diamond Elite members, we stay at Holiday Inn Express properties all the time, and from our experience, this is one of the nicer locations we’ve visited.
When making our reservation, I read some of the reviews and honestly they had me a little concerned. I’m very glad I didn’t listen. Our room was extremely clean, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, and the overall property was well-maintained.
One thing that really stood out was the hot water pressure—it was excellent! We were also pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was, especially considering it’s so close to a truck stop.
The only thing I could even slightly complain about is the breakfast, but honestly it’s about the same as what you’ll find at most Holiday Inn Express locations.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again when traveling through the area.

It was good, but a bug that made noise, flying around in room that keep us up at night and we could not reach it . We called main desk. They said they didn't have any one to help us.

This hotel denied me stay the day of my arrival with no notification prior to me checking in. Stated that I couldn’t stay there because I was a local bt had never stayed at this hotel before ! Their professionalism was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there!

You can not make reservations if you live within 60 miles of the hotel; however, the staff was very accommodating given the situation!
