Pros:

The room was great and clean, and the breakfast was really good.

Cons:

While the pool water was clear, the tiles lining the perimeter and the floor of the pool exhibited a significant accumulation of grime that could be easily scraped away.

We were impressed
Pros:

This hotel was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

A little on the pricey side, but being in a college town I guess it was to be expected. We reserved 3 rooms close together and received an email saying the hotel could accommodate our request, but each room was on a different floor

Pros:

Brand new hotel, everything was pristine, clean, and good working order. Room and beds were great- comfortable and well appointed. Zero noise from neighboring rooms- the hotel was full- they did a great job with soundproofing!! We loved the gym and pool as well. Breakfast was amazing, fresh ground coffee machine a huge bonus!! will 100% stay here again. Nice dog park across from hotel if you have pets.
