Holiday Inn - Nampa by IHG

Great location! So many restaurant options around this hotel. Easy friendly check in. Double queen room was spacious with plenty of storage, hooks on wall for hanging purse, totes or clothes in addition to a closet. Very clean room, bathroom and halls. We stayed one night, arrived late, left early, so did not explore the rest of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Came here for a business trip and was met with the greatest hospitality I’ve ever had and left with the greatest memory and someone I’d call a friend. Buffy was absolutely incredible and that is an understatement. She served me and my two colleagues for several nights and it was legitimately the greatest experience we’ve all had. She was amazing! We will miss her! That woman deserves a raise. Thank you for everything Buffy, we miss you already!! - Kadee :)

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff

Visited the Burger Theory restaurant inside the hotel. Nice quiet area with tvs showing different things (one with sports, one with cartoons, another with a movie playing). Tables are spaced out for a little privacy and they even have an outdoor area with a fireplace! My server Buffy--shes the best! Attentive and offered suggestions since I can be indecisive sometimes. I ordered a salad with extra chicken and it was perfect! Chefs kisses!
I highly recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for something new or just good food in general :)

We stopped in for dinner and there had been some emergencies making everyone short-staffed. It was so amazing to see everyone jump in and help without missing a great. Specify Brynna was running the best, waiting on tables and making sure we had everything we needed. She didn't skip a beat and we were well taken of. The food was amazing also!!! We will be back!!

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Nampa, and the highlight was definitely the hotel bar. Our bartender, Brynna, was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, kind, and incredibly friendly from the moment we sat down. After a long day, her warm personality and excellent service made it so worth coming down to the bar to relax and unwind.
The food came out fast and was delicious, and the overall service was top-notch. Brynna really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. It’s rare to find that perfect combination of efficiency and genuine friendliness.
If you’re staying at this Holiday Inn, do yourself a favor and stop by the bar — especially if Brynna is working. She made our evening! Will definitely be back.

There are several options in the area however, its the overall experience that matters to me. Perfectly located. Excellent value for the accommodations. From the front desk to the restaurant.. friendly, helpful and attentive. Brynna consistently stands out for me. Always remembers who I am and what I like. When you travel over 350K miles a year, little things make a big difference.

Bryanna deserves way more than 5 stars honestly. Absolute 10/10 service from the second we sat down. Super friendly, fast, attentive, and somehow still kept an amazing attitude even while the bar was busy. Drinks were on point, vibes were great, and she made the whole experience feel fun instead of just another night out. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. Easily one of the best bartenders I’ve had in a long time. Definitely coming back because of her.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is spotless, the rooms feel fresh, and every staff member we met was warm and welcoming.
And then there’s Burger Theory — the hotel bar that ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. The food was genuinely delicious, the drinks were top‑notch, and Brynna was phenomenal. She kept us laughing, hydrated, and in great spirits the entire time. Total rockstar.

Buffy was absolutely amazing in Burger Theory. I came to eat here more than twice during my stay and her energy was very consistent, light, joyful, and fun. Will definitely comeback even if it’s just to eat a burger.

We stopped at Burger Theory while passing through Nampa on a 'cancer tour' for friends and family, and the staff made our night truly special. The hospitality was exceptional during a very emotional time. Both the sirloin steak and the crispy chicken salad were delicious, but it was our server, Buffy, who made the meal unforgettable. Her kindness turned a simple dinner into a beautiful memory. Highly recommend this spot if you're staying at the Holiday Inn!
