Pros:

The property is accessible and clean, and the staff are accommodating. However, the room we checked into was noisy, there was no phone signal, the Wi-Fi was weak, and we were unable to use the TV.

Pros:

Nice place. Very close to the Hospital, fast foods, restaurants, department stores, and a church.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly! The room was not perfect but it was okay. The sink did not drain properly. The TV signal was very poor. And there was a decent amount of mold in the bathroom.
Overall a nice place to stay. Hot water heater, air con, TV were all working but not the best.
We were happy with our stay. Thank you!

Pros:

You won't know if it's the hotel because the signage is a little confusing, at least for me.

The room was clean and receptionist was nice. You have to ask for towels in the front desk since they don't put it in the room for your arrival. AC works well tho the remote gave us a hard time.

Additional 250 pesos for extra person is a reasonable price since it already comes with extra bed and beddings. Luckily our room has a Prime Video subscription so me & my friends enjoyed watching while waiting to check out.

Pros:

Simple room with a comfortable bed and small window. No toilet paper provided. Bathroom floor was wet and dirty. Air Con worked well.

Difficult to locate; no place to eat
Pros:

The room smelled freshly poured concrete. No phones or internet connection. The building is poorly engineered that even cellphone signals are very weak.
