Great, but the area let it down
Pros:

Facilities was very good, and the room that i had was very quiet. Far from the top floor where music is loud and away from front of hotel where there's a club.

Cons:

For a family with young children, location was not very good. Very noisy street with the bars and clubs very close by. But if you got the right room, it is very quiet.

Staff are A+++. Cleaners leave your room sparkling. Location is perfect
Pros:

The main thing I was impressed with were the staff. Every single member from the reception to the cleaner were fantastic. the location is perfect, the breakfast has everything you could want and the pool up the top has a great view. We were inadvertently there for Ogo ogo festival/nyepi which is where bali closes down for 24 hours. The staff were excellent during this.

Cons:

Everything was great. No issues at all.

Pros:

The location is superb. It's a minute walking distance from Batu Balong beach and has some of the best cafes and restaurants near by including Times Beach Warung, Baked, BGS Coffee and some other places.
