びっくりするぐらい部屋が大きく、お風呂場も広く大満足でした。料金も本当にこの金額でこのお部屋?と言うぐらいでした。また大阪に来た時は必ず泊まります。本当にオススメです。

Cons:

ユニバーサル行きのシャトルバスをもう少し多く出してくれたら、ありがたかったです。ホテルからユニバーサル行きのシャトルバスは朝2回しかなく、結局時間が会わず乗れませんでした。

Pros:

別の日に追加で1部屋予約したら違う階でしたが、隣にしますねと変更して頂き先に予約したお部屋より倍の広さの80平米のお部屋でした。追加料金もありませんでした。ホテル自体落ち着きがあり静かな環境でベッドの寝心地も最高でした。お部屋を変更してくれたスタッフさんありがとうございました。よ
