Pros:

Just an unbeatable location and view even if the steps down are a killer. The pool area needs some work on the decking areas, but the pool was fine. Needs some work and updating, considering the cost of the room. Staff are really lovely.

Mandalina Luxury Suits otelinde konaklamaktan gerçekten çok keyif aldık. Mekânın atmosferi, odaların konforu, genel temizlik, lezzetli yemekler ve çalışanların güler yüzlü hizmeti bizi çok memnun etti. Özellikle personelin ilgisi tatilimizi çok daha güzel hale getirdi.

Küçük bir not olarak; balkon kısmında dışarıya bakan levhaların biraz kirli olması ve jakuzinin yanında boş şişelerin durması göze çarpıyordu. Bunlar dışında her şey çok güzeldi, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Genel olarak odamdan ve verilen hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltıda gayet yeterliydi. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Yağmurlu ve serin bir havada konaklamamıza rağmen oda sıcaklığı da gayet iyiydi. Başka bir tatilimizde yine uğramak isteriz.

Odanin fotoğraflarda ya da videoda göründüğü gibi bir terası yok. Yatakla videoda görülen terası bir cam pencere ayiriyor. Teras görünen yer ortak alan olarak kullanildigi icin sabahin köründe bas ucunda tanimadigin insanlarla uyaniyorsun. Uyarmama rağmen önlem almadılar, boyle bir ücrete bu kadar huzursuzluk çıkınca da bir gece kalıp apar topar kaçtık. Kesinlikle değmez.

Auf den ersten Blick Luxury.Beim zweiten Blick eher weniger Luxury.Bei unserer Ankunft war unser Zimmer leider nicht so sauber. Wir hatten zwar einen tollen Ausblick.Die Fenster müssten allerdings auch mal geputzt werden. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist,dass es fast keine räumliche Trennung zwischen Wohnbereich und Toilette gibt.Es gibt lediglich eine Schiebetür,die nach oben hin zur Decke nicht abschließend ist,sodass die Geräuschkulisse und die Gerüche aus der Toilette im Wohnbereich wahrnehmbar sind. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft schön.Die Aussicht und die Lage der Unterkunft sind atemberaubend.Das Personal ist freundlich,allerdings mussten wir am ersten Abend über 1Std.auf unser Essen warten. Auch hat der Kellner vergessen,unsere gesamte Bestellung zu servieren.Angeblich lag dies daran,dass an diesem Tag ein Mitarbeiter fehlte.Am nächsten Tag war es dann aber auch besser.Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt.

Her şey mükemmeldi! Ben o kadar Restaurant da yemek yedim ama Mandalina Suites de ki aşçı hiç bir yerde yok.
Personel çok içten çok samimi, dört dörtlük bir balayı geçirdik sayenizde. Teşekkürler !
