Ce qui nous a été très désagréable c'est d'avoir les odeurs nauséabondes des poubelles entreposées à l'arrière du bâtiment. Nous avions une chambre au 2ème étage, il faisait chaud. Nous devions donc ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre et nous étions immédiatement envahi par cette odeur. L'horreur !! En ayant parlé à la réception, ils en sont bien conscients !!!

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist großartig, das Bett ist sehr schön und man kann direkt auf das Meer schauen.Das Bad ist geräumig, die Duscharmatur etwas wackelig und der Vorhang müsste erneuert werden.Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.
Das Frühstück ist schlicht.Unser Kühlschrank war nicht angeschlossen und es stank furchtbar beim Öffnen, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt.Hinter dem Kühlschrank war es auch sehr schmutzig, das haben wir der Rezeption mitgeteilt.Die Clospülung ist auch defekt.Die Terasse ist leider ungepflegt.im letzten Jahr war das alles noch top Die Terrasse hatte auch nur 2 Stühle, das Jahr davor waren es noch schöne Sitzmöbel.Für eine comfort suite etwas enttäuschend.
La chambre située au second, face à la mer, offrait une vue magnifique et nous a permis de profiter d'un coucher et d'un lever de soleil majestueux. Le matelas était de qualité et nous à garanti le meilleur repos.
Étant donné la période et les températures de ce milieu de juin, la mise à disposition d'une couette moins épaisse, voir un simple drap permettant à chacun des dormeurs de trouver son meilleur choix aurait été bien venue.

Room was very small for a double, the window didn’t work properly, no lift
Located right on Juno beach so access to WW2 memorials was excellent. Free car parking. A great warm welcome by staff on arrival. Very bright, engaged, informative and helpful. Sadly not all staff were as good. Some training needed. Room was as expected, clean and bright. Breakfast was good in a super dining room. We didn’t try dinner but menu looked fine.
The stairs were steep and narrow in parts. I observed elderly guests taking their time so as not to fall. Rooms on second floor and no lift.
THE hotel was on the sea front, it was very clean and the food was excellent including breakfast. The staff were more than helpful

The location opposite the beach was excellent with a reasonable choice for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The balcony was lovely although a couple of plastic chairs and a plastic table weren’t exactly luxurious.
The bedroom was very small, much smaller than a budget chain of hotels we have used on previous visit. The menu for our evening meal was expensive with some strange menu items.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus. Infolge der für diese Jahreszeit eigentlich unüblichen Temperaturen zog ein ausdauernd sehr unangenehmer Geruch beim Lüften aus der Stadt in unser Zimmer. Ein gutes Hotel mit toller Lage, ich würde beim nächsten Mal nur ein Zimmer zum Meer nehmen.
