Pros:

Wir konnten glutenfrei frühstücken.
Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Zentral und direkt an der See gelegen.
Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Beim ersten Frühstück war kein glutenfreies Frühstück vorbereitet. Obwohl es bei Buchung und bei Anreise angemeldet wurde. - Die Küche reagierte schnell und konnte innerhalb einer viertel Stunde glutenfrei servieren.

Möglich aber Luft nach oben
Pros:

Große saubere Zimmer. Nähe zum Fähranleger, den Hummerbuden und Strand super. Freundliche Dame am Empfang.

Cons:

Das 3. + 4. Bett im Familienzimmer sind ausklappbare sehr harte Kunstledercouches, die dann mit Laken und Bettzeug bezogen werden. Für längere Aufenthalte und gute Schlafqualität nicht wirklich geeignet. Ein Wochen vorher telefonisch vorbestelltes Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant wurde kurzfristig 2 h vorher abgesagt (trotz Mail-Bestätigung am Vortag), da das Restaurant dann doch Ruhetag hatte. Es war schwierig auf der Insel dann so kurzfristig ein offenes Restaurant mit Platz zu finden, da noch Vorsaison war.

Die tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Meer !
Die Möglichkeiten die man auf der Insel hat und die Überfahrt zum Nordstrand und
Robbeninsel . Für Naturfreunde ein muß !!!!

Cons:

Achtung !!! Auf die Bahn ist kein verlass !!!!!
Mann solte, mit dem Auto nach Cuxhafen
kommen .Sonst ist die Fähre weck und man hat einen ferlorenen Tag. Die stunierungskosten für die Nacht, belommt man von der Bahn, sicher auch nicht zurück.

Aufgrund der wetterbedingten Überbuchung wurde es ein Partner-Hotel
Pros:

Dank der Service-Bereitschaft konnte ich doch die Insel über Nacht besuchen. Leider in einem Partner-Hotel, welches nicht das Ambiente bot, welches ich mit Hotel Rickmers' Insulaner erhofft hatte. Aber wer will für eine Nacht da nachtragend sein.
