Zimmer gut, Service etwas anstrengend.
Cons:

Der Zimmerservice stand um 8.20 Uhr morgens vor der Tür. Nur durch schnelle Reaktion konnten wir das Klopfen schnell genug veantworten, bevor die Kraft im Zimmer stand.
Zudem empfanden wir es als unschön, dass uns kurz nach dem Einchecken ein "Kontrollanruf" erreichte mit der Frage, ob wir auf dem Zimmer geraucht haben.

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Leider der Weg vom Hotel zum Frühstück sehr weit für jemand mit gehbehinderung

Prima verblijf voor een prima prijs.
Pros:

Het hotel had, zoals beloofd, een leuk uitzicht op de zee. Er zat een groot balkon bij (nu door de ligging / stand van de zon en door de harde wind, was dit niet te gebruiken), met twee stoelen en een tafel. Binnen stonden ook twee stoelen en een tafeltje (fijn dat beide er waren) maar dit maakte de beperkte ruimte wel erg klein. De medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk. Zij poetsten dagelijks het gebouw van binnen en van buiten. (De kamers alleen op verzoek en tegen kosten.) De ligging was prima. Het koelkastje was gevuld met drie verschillende (gratis) drankjes en er was koffie en thee aanwezig. Het feit dat je incheckt bij het centrale incheckpunt (voor het hele eiland) is erg goed geregeld.

Cons:

Er was verteld dat het hotel geen lift had, maar het bleek dat de trap voor mijn moeder -naar de tweede etage- moeilijk te doen was. Het bijgeboekte ontbijt moesten we gebruiken in een ander hotel (efficient maar wel heel druk) en hier waren sommige medewerkers (wellicht door de drukte) niet altijd even vriendelijk. De douche was qua temperatuur een wisseldouche, waar je van erg koud naar zeer warm ging. De handdoeken worden alleen nog maar gewisseld op verzoek en dit verzoek moest je indienen bij de centrale check-in. Dit werkte voor ons niet handig. Dat dit niet meer dagelijks gebeurt vind ik prima, maar als je vijf dagen ergens verblijft, zou één wissel -vanuit het hotel- toch wel fijn zijn. De matrassen waren zeer zacht met een "put" in het midden.

perfekter Aufenthalt bei perfektem Wetter

Wir hatten die Zimmer im Giebel. Diese aussicht war perfekt. Frühstück im Lokal Düne Süd war hervorragend.

Wie zu Hause- wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Zuerst waren wir von dem Stil der 70er nicht begeistert, doch alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail zusammengestellt worden, renoviert und modern. Von dem Abbröckeln der Farbe an der Fassade darf man sich nicht täuschen lassen. Ist am Meer normal und nicht Loddrigkeit.
Die Begrüßung in der Helgoland Botschaft und die Begleitung während unseres Aufenthalts war mega! Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür 🍀 Alles Liebe zu Detail und für den Gast. Wir finden, auch junge Leute können hier entspannen
