Gutes Einzelzimmer für Aufenthalt auf Helgoland
Pros:

Die Lage, Sauberkeit, Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Ausstattung (besonders Wasserkocher, Nescafé, Tee, etc. Und der Kühlschrank inklusive freier Minibar), Möglichkeit der Koffer Aufbewahrung sowie die Nutzung der Storytels Lounge.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut bis auf die Duschkabine. Die Armatur schien verkalkt zu sein und war sehr schwer zu regeln. Ausserdem war die Halterung an der Stange für den Duschkopf defekt.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut,aber dass man sich zum Check in in der Botschaft melden muss fanden wir nicht so gut. Da rennt man dann erst los um diese zu suchen. Personal war selten anzutreffen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig

Alles soweit ok, bequemere Betten wären wünschenswert.
Pros:

Super Lage mit Sicht auf den Nord-Ost-Hafen, Check-In und -Out sehr komfortabel. Kaffee und Teebereitung super, gefüllte Minibar. Frühstück im Restaurant Düne-Süd sehr gut. Überall sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Betten hatten sehr weiche/durchgelegene Matratzen. Das Gebäude bräuchte mal dringend etwas Zuwendung, abgebröckelte Farbe und Bausubstanz, rostiger Baustahl an Balkon sichtbar.

Freundliches Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Einchecken in der Helgoländer Botschaft war unkompliziert und die Mitarbeitenden super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Aus-checken ging online ganz schnell.
Die Lage ist hervorragend, man ist schnell am Fahrstuhl zum Oberland, bei den Geschäften und an der Dünenfähre.
Sehr gut fand ich den Kühlschrank (mit 3 kostenlosen Getränken bestückt) und Wasserkocher plus Kaffee und Tee.
Das Einzelzimmer war geräumig, ebenso das Bad.
Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Cons:

Möbel sind Geschmackssache und ich bin nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer - alles ok.

Eenvoudig aar propere kamers , roomservice ?

De ligging was zeer goed , op een rustige plek vlak naast het kleine centrum / zee en 5 minuten stappen van de lift op trappen naar Oberland een waterkoker met veel keuze thee en koffie. Een minibar/ frigo

Cons:

Het gebouw was was toe aan renovatie ( afgeleefd likje verf nodig) de kamers waren wat passé in tijd, maar proper. Minpunt vond ik op die vier dagen logement geen enkele nieuwe handdoek gekregen , poetsdienst geen enkele keren vuilbakjes geleegd / bedden opgemaakt

Eine schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage ansonsten im Unterland.
Pros:

Die Lage und das Haustiere erlaubt sind, Zimmer war relativ groß

Cons:

Ich hätte mir ein Frühstücksraum gewünscht und dadurch, dass alles über die Helgoländer Botschaft läuft, eher das Gefühl einer Appartement Vermietung als eines Hotels.
