Gerne wieder!!
Pros:

Wir waren zum ersten - aber nicht zum letzten mal auf den Hummerklippen, hatten 2 DZ und ein EZ gebucht, alle Zimmer waren sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Die Lage ist toll und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche übrig!!

Tolle Lage

Cons:

-Check in umständlich, da die Zimmerkarten erst nicht gingen, musste man erneut im inselzentrum einchecken.

-Kleineres Zimmer erhalten als gebucht, auch nach Rückmeldung an Booking keine Kulanz leider

-alles helgolandtypisch in die Jahre gekommen

Fint läge. Vi kom egentligen några timmar för tidigt men fick rummen direkt.

Nice but pricey
Pros:

Loved the location and cleanliness of the place. Also the little kitchenette with a fridge was a bonus. Check-in once we found it was smooth, you could leave your luggage there and got a couple of free tickets for the elevator.

Cons:

While we received an email upfront regarding the check-in, it could be even clearer that it‘s not in the hotel but near the port area. Working with „Oberland“ and „Unterland“ doesn‘t mean anything to first time visitors until they‘ve walked up the wrong stairs. 🥵

The other minus were the beds. The mattresses were extremely soft and as they were two singles pushed together one of us kept rolling into the gap in the middle.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine Lage, hier lohnt sich ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Cons:

Es wird Zeit, dass der rechtliche Teppich in Fluren und Frühstücksraum erneuert wird.

Super Lage, Super Hotel
Pros:

Eine unschlagbare Lage, unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken in der "Botschaft" (Touristinfo) im Unterland. Zimmer war sogar schon früher einzugsbereit. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und jedes Zimmer ist einem/einer bekannten Autor/in zugeordnet. Minibar mit Erstausstattung ist im Preis inbegriffen, ebenso drei Fahrten pro Person für den Fahrstuhl. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Wir haben am Tag der Abreise direkt einen längeren Aufenthalt für das kommende Jahr gebucht 😁 Dieses Mal mit Balkon für noch mehr Meeresblick

Very clean room with a good bed, excellent breakfast and nice location
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and more than spacious enough. The location was great, with a lovely view of the island of Düne. There were several restaurants nearby. The mattress was excellent!

Cons:

Not really an issue, but just a reminder that you need to check in at the central reception in Unterland. There is no reception or helpdesk at the hotel itself. 🙂
