Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, gorąco i duszno brak działającej wentylacji, śniadanie to tylko nazwa serwowana przez hotel, nie miałem co zjeść i się napić herbaty, nawet nie było talerzy i szklanek, w trakcie przyjścia do restauracji goście narzekali na brak reakcji ze strony obsługi do śniadania. Niesamowicie pomocny, kompetentny i bardzo miły personel na recepcji. Pokój czyściutki, wygodny. Było wszystko, co potrzebne. Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum. Bardzo wygodny, duży parking na dziedzińcu, za zamykaną bramą.

Cons:

Śniadania to wielka pomyłka. Są dostępne w restauracji przy hotelu. Niestety obsługa poniżej poziomu krytyki. Dziewczyna siedzi z telefonem i ogromnymi słuchawkami na uszach. Zeszliśmy na śniadanie o 8.20 i nie było czego zjeść. Nie było czystych talerzy, po mojej prośbie pani doniosła. Nie było widelców i noży. Ta sama sytuacja. Brakowało wody w ekspresie. I znów trzeba było prosić, bo pani nic sama z siebie nie zauważała. Nie było mleka. Talerze puste, bez uzupełniania.
Reasumując hotel na nocleg świetny, ale bez wykupu śniadania. Lepiej wyjść i zjeść coś gdzieś obok.

Najgorsze śniadanie na świecie, jakie widziałem i spróbowałem, chleb tylko tostowy i niedopieczone bułki. Na stole marna jakość i wybór. Automat do kawy nie działał. Brakowało talerzy, pieczywa..... Obsługa miała to gdzieś ludzie co chwilę podchodzili i prosili o talerze, chleb i uruchomienie ekspresu do kawy. Obsługa z telefonami w ręku nie ogarniali nic. W końcu nie doczekawszy się kawy i czegoś do jedzenie poszliśmy zjeść na mieście. Polecam na nocleg ale nie brać śniadania. Świetne śniadania i tańsze na Piotrkowskiej. Chip do bramy nie działaUważam że powinni zrzucić pieniądze za śniadanie.
