Excellent hotel with friendly staff, with a very convenient location to attend baseball games.
Pros:

Location is amazing. Right across from Oracle Park, and close to the wharf.
All of the front desk staff are amazing. They are always helpful no matter what my questions.

Cons:

The A/C in the room didn't seem to work as well as I would have liked. Took awhile to cool down. The lights are all on one master switch, so you can't seem to turn on the lights by the desk area without turning on the master which lights up the whole room.

Perfect location for our one night in the city.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and spacious. Receptionist was very nice during our check-in and gave us an upgrade. Location was perfect for our stay in the city as we were attending a concert at the Chase Center.

Cons:

We went upstairs to the bar area. It was fairly busy and only one person working in the front getting people's drinks. Once we were at a table it took quite awhile to order some food.

We were in town to visit family that lives within walking distance.
Pros:

Room was quiet and clean. Location was great for our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Viewed parking lot - no privacy with the blinds opened during the day. Had to keep them closed during the day if we were in the room - made it claustrophobic.
Parking was very expensive so we parked elsewhere that was quite close.

Perfect location and stay!
Pros:

Walking distance to Chase Center. Very comfortable bed/room. Our valet went to get stuff we forgot in the car. Cute patio and great rooftop!
