The hotel is conveniently located near the SF Giants park. It is surrounded by restaurants and entertainment. It is within walking distance of Muni stops, making it easy to access rail cars or buses. The room itself was small, clean, and comfortable. I felt that I got my money’s worth. Although there wasn’t anything extra, the room and amenities were good.
The room was good, though operating the lights were a bit weird. It's operated by tablet and you can choose what you want to keep on or turn off. It was either on or off. What may be a downside is the bathroom counter was also small. But I assume it's based on the size room I booked.
Slept good, nice to have an iPad. Location is right in front on the ballpark. Walked towards the pier.
Small room. Kinda stuffy. Room wasn't really that comfortable

Friendly staff, amazing location.
Rooftop view was amazing.
Went for a concert at Orcale Park and we could hear the sound check from our room. Very convenient location. The staff was very friendly.
The bathroom door was sliding barn style door that didn't shut very well... so no privacy!
Great location for visiting Oracle Park. Staff is kind and helpful.
Woke up to the sound of a garbage truck emptying trash bins at 6am on a Saturday.
Charged for parking when staying at hotel
I’ve stayed here before and it was great! I booked the room direct from the hotel, this time my husband went on line to book the room and evidently was turned over to a third party and our room was this tiny little box that you had to back up to turn around!! For the amount of money charged for your room, and the accommodations we received, well Luma Hotel is looking better and better.
Location
Bed and pillows really uncomfortable
Paying for parking
This is the perfect hotel for games and events at Oracle Park. I love the valet parking and friendly staff.
My room had a lingering smell of cologne from the previous tenants. Although I didn’t like the smell, it wasn’t a deal breaker and I didn’t complain to staff. Just a note to myself.
