Sport & Spa Hotel Vesileppis

Hotelli on heikossa kunnossa, huoneissa ei ilmastointia, pakko nukkua ikkuna auki, jolloin vitostien melu kuuluu huoneeseen.
Aamupala alkeellinen, halvat raaka-aineet eikä mm. leivänpaahdinta vaikka paahtoleipä toinen kahdesta tarjolla olevasta leivästä.
Remontin tarpeesta kertoo kylpylän hiustenkuivaaja, jossa lukee vielä että toimii markan kolikolla 2025.

Huoneessa ei jääkaappia ja muutenkin erittäin kuuma

This is like a toned down water park and sports hotel with all kinds of amenities including an ice cave with tube slides and a spa. But beware, because when you book the room, it has to say spa access in order to get into the pool and hot tub. Apparently, you can’t even purchase access there if you only book the room/breakfast. Spa (pool) access was not offered when we reserved. The lady at the front desk was super sorry that we couldn’t go, and she gave us a key that would access, but by then there was only 20 minutes left to use it that evening (it closes early), but we could have gone the next morning if we had wanted to deal with it before heading out (we chose not to). After eating in the onsite restaurant/bar (good food and good service) because there is literally only pizza in the town as far as we could tell, lol, the front desk lady called us over on our way back to the room and offered to let us go down to the ice cave. It was REALLY COOL! It was also closing down for the night, so we couldn’t slide, but it was a fun exhibit of ice and snow sculptures that we got to walk through. And they provided a coat, or even whole warm jumpsuit type full body coats to wear. (Good since it was close to 90° outside, lol, we were not prepared for winter when we randomly picked this hotel while driving around the country). They change the exhibit periodically, apparently. I would definitely go back and spend a couple of nights sometime.

Mukava hotelli, ainoa harmi oli että saapumispäivänä kylpylä oli jo mennyt kiinni, meni mielestäni aika aikaisin kiinni näin kesäloma aikana. Muuten kaikki sujui hyvin.

Ihana paikka kaikenikäisille jos ei kyseessä olisi hotelli, niin muuttaisin sinne asumaan❤️🫶

Muuten oikein loistava yöpyminen, mutta aamiainen olisi voinut olla vähän kattavampi

Mukava paikka vierailla, vaikka vähän kulunutta olikin. Kylpylässä todella kylmää vettä. Huonetta ei oltu kovin tarkasti siivottu, lattioilla jo mennessä pölyä ja roskaa.

Parasta oli MOOMIN ICE CAVE. Pelkästään sen takia ei kannata ajaa ohi. SPA oli ok. Huone menetteli.

Paikka ja huone ok, mutta hinta/laatu-suhde ei täysin natsannut.

The hotel room is old and the room was smaller than we expected. We had 2 single bed room. there is also a crack on the floor. The beds are smaller as well and since it is an old hotel the bed is a bit run down. There were small hairs on the bed sheet. We appreciated that they place baby cot and potty for our child . The bathroom is clean it has soap dispenser but there is no shampoo and conditioner available unlike other hotels so better bring your own. The only plus is that they have warmer stand that dries your bathing suit and towel 👍. We added pool access but there is additional fee bathrobes and slippers unlike other hotel so heads up next time. We paid 4€ for slippers bec. bathrobes are 7€ each. The swimming pool is a bit cold. the only warm pool is the kiddie pool. The shower room can only accommodate 8persons so its nice that it’s not crowded when we got there. you need to pay 0.50€ for locker. The food is super basic Finnish breakfast it is not appetizing. There is not much choices to choose from. It would be better if there were choices with some additional fruits and yogurts as well. The oatmeal is ok. there is more meatballs than the small sausages and the meatball doesn’t taste good👎. So my child wasn’t able to eat that much. The only perk for this hotel is having moomin ice cave below it and you get discount since your their guest. Overall considering the price we paid for a night, it is below the standard & can do better services in the future.

Kiva paikka, alkaa kaivata remonttia, ei ilmastointia - nyt oli kuuma keli, huoneet liian lämpimiä. Kylpylä kiva ja toimiva

Huone oli ihan perus siisti mutta verhot eivät peittäneet koko ikkunaa ja sälekaihtimia ei ollut joten aurinko paistoi sisään lähes koko yön.
Huone on aikalailla 80-90 luvulta mukaan lukien kylpyhuone. Ottaen huomioon että kyseessä on kylpylä huoneessa ei ollut mitään kuivatus mahdollisuutta eikä edes koukkuja pyyhkeille jne. Ilmastointia ei ollut joten huoneessa oli arviolta noin 30 astetta. Kylpylä puoli on ihan ok ja lapset tykkäsivät mutta huoneet kaipaisivat pahasti remonttia ja tällä vuosikymmenellä ehkä myös sen ilmastoinnin.

Palvelu respassa oli ensiluokkaista, harvoin noin ystävällistä palvelua saa kun täällä. Remonttia vaille alkaa olemaan paikkapaikoin. Ruoan taso hotellin ravintoloissa on ala arvoista, ala carte ravintolan pizzat ei vedä vertoja edes pakaste pizzalle. Aamupalakin perus hotellitasoon hyvin suppea ja mauton, kokit ei oikein osaa hommaansa täällä paikassa.

Huoneissa ei ilmastointia, eikä tuulettimia tarjolla ja järkyttävän kuuma! Nukkuminen sietämätöntä. Sänky vanha ja likaiset tyynyt ja patjat. Huone, parveke jne todella likaisia. Hintaan nähden koko hotelli on nuhruinen! Sijainti hyvä ja tuli sen puolesta valituksi. Muuten en voi suositella!

Helt okej upplevelse. Frukosten var bra med varierande utbud. Trevlig och service inriktad personal. Vi rekommenderar gärna denna hotel till andra.

Likaista käytävillä ja huoneessa. Kylpylätilan sauna, lauteet kuluneet.
Allas likainen.
Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ruoka hyvää.
Palvelut monipuoliset.

Ravintolan henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt aamupalalla kertaakaan. Katsekontaktia ei otettu paitsi a la carte puolella, missä sitä ei nyt voinut (ehkä) välttääkkään. Hymyt olivat tiukasti piilossa. Kyllästyneen oloinen henkilökunta.

Respassa onneksi vähän asiakas ystävällisempää.

Kylpylässä ajoittain villi meininki lasten osalta. Wibit radalla mentiin miten sattuu, eikä menty järjestyksessä toiset huomioon ottaen. Lapset mm. jäivät radan loppupäähän hyppimään mikä häiritsi alkupäässä eteenpäin yrittäjiä. Radalle pungerrettiin myös keskeltä, eikä uimavalvojia järjestyksen pito näyttänyt kiinnostavan. Myös ylipainoiset aikuiset änkesivät radalle!?

Ystävällinen vastaanotto! Siisti huone. Hirveä hässäkkä!!! Lapsiperheitä paljon. Erittäin rauhatonta yleisissä tiloissa mm. ruokailu.

Erittäin eltaantunut paikka, kokemus, jossa henkilökunta voi joko huonosti tai ei ole keksinyt mitään muuta parempaa tekemistä. Epäsiistiä, epäystävällistä ja epäkohtainen majoituspaikka.
