新潟駅コンコースに直結しており雨風心配ありません。
セブンイレブンも隣にあり便利です。

It is next to the Niigata station. Very convenient, mall next to it
駅直結は非常に助かります。駅の工事が終わると、もっと便利になりそうです。
新幹線からのアクセスが便利
新潟駅直結（2023年5月時点）で駅工事中のため、少し迷子に。コンビニも隣接で便利。
駅から直結なのでとても楽でした。
朝食も美味しくいただきましたが、朝食チケットは入り口で店員さんに渡すと思っていたのですが、セルフ？の様な感じだったので焦ってしまいましたが、満足するホテルでした。
ホテル宛に送付した個人の郵送物の受け取りに柔軟に対応いただきありがとうございました。チェックアウト後の同日の受け取りにもご了承いただき、大変助かりました。
またランドリーがあるのは非常に助かりました。
駅に直結していて、コンビニもすぐなので、すごく便利です。
防犯の為なのか、エレベーター乗降時にカードキーを翳す手間があります。
朝食は、ホテル内の居酒屋でした。
位置方便，JR車站一出轉彎就到，客房非常乾淨，裝修都好新，但要完全攤開大喼有少少難度，除此之外所有野都好好
You don't need to leave the train station when the weather is bad. You can find limited dining options in the station. Hotel is connected to the station. Hotel is very convenient if you don't want to walk outside the station.
I thought the Niigata station would have more to do at the train stations. Disappointed the station didn't have more shopping and restaurants.
