Kea Garden Guesthouse

A simple decent room. Place is cold and humid so coild.see black spots (mould) near basin area. Not sure what to do because it is the highlands. Maybe use dehumidifiers? Service is above average. Can visit again.

The property was alright. If you like adventurous and unique parking driveway, this will be your go to accommodation!

Value to money, room is affordable and spacious for a couple like us. Things to improve, firstly drainage, and I also think they need to put a mirror in the room. The only mirror is in the toilet, so when someone is showering, you can't really get ready in the room.

Location really let this place down. Room very basic, stained linens. Noisy with cars in the courtyard

There is no room for me at kea garden guesthouse. I have to tranfer to kea valley hotel which is not compatible to what i pay for it

the location is very strategic. so may tourist attractions nearby, especially the Kea Farm market and sheep sanctuary. the room is clean and comfy. parking is quite scary though, have to maneuver steep entrance.

The photos of the property look great but upon arriving I immediately felt disappointed. There is some kind of arcade and parking lot below and to the side of the photos. Really strange!

One of the first warning signs is when you enter the room and there is a sign giving you a price list of all the bed linen in case you steal it. Generally Malaysia seems to be a very honest place so if that's the kind of people staying there...

The walls were incredibly thin and because the walkway to the rooms is right our your main (only) window if there's any noise it's very loud. We had people staying next to us who had two small children and they were up until midnight, crying, running around, playing with the switches on the adjoining wall, and then up again at 7am running up and down the aforementioned walkway in their flip flops.

The whole room also smelled of damp, which was because the shower has a blind in it which just moved water outside the shower onto the floor which never dries. Incidentally the hot water was ever only lukewarm at best (less of a problem in Malaysia but something like shaving is not great).

The location is quite good for going to the Flora Park (which I would recommend) and the Butterfly Garden (which was also good with two children), but overall I would spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.

NOISY & A LOT OF OUTSIDER..

Salah bg biliktp tak mau mengaku...padahal aku byr utk king saiz dpt queen saiz..ade return pun..sombong manager dia....tak mau gi sini dah..masa order kata bilik..katil king dan ade balcony...tp hampeh..pemgurusan menipu...dah tersalah bg bilik akubkat org lain..pastu tak mau mengaku

Overall OK, clean, beautiful garden, near to Kea farm market. few lacking:
1. The garden open for outside visitor, from very early morning to late at night visitors making noise & disturb the guest privacy.
2. Only toilet tissue provided in the toilet. No tissue at bed area.
3. Car park near to room's building, car's noise very annoying throughout the day (even at mid night)

Need to install air freshener in the toilets , as the air ducts or ventilator is not strong enough to extract the air in the toilets.

Unpleasant urine smell when entering the room. Need to clean the toilet before use it

sangat dekat untuk pergi ke tempat2 yg menarik di cameron highlands..bilik jugak agak selesa utk saya,pasangan serta 3 org anak..recommend utk tinggal di tempat ini..
