* ريحة الشقه مقرفه ومليانه ذباب وبيوت عنكبوت والحمام بغاية القذاره لي درجة اني اشتريت منظفات ومعطر جو ومبيد حشري
* ارضية الشور بغاية السواد وعلامات العفن بالاطراف
* راس الشور او الموزع بالكامل معفن ويادوب ينزل ماي
* اول مره اشوف حمام يكون البيديه بظهر الباب والشطاف بالجهة الغلط والبيديه مقرف مقرف الى درجة ماقدرت ادخل حمام الى لما نظفته اكثر من مره
* المخدات واللحاف قذرين وحتى المناشف
* الارض يادوب مكنوسه وتحت الكنبات مليان غبار ووسخ
* الصور بالموقع خدددعه
* بصمات وعلامات وطبعات اليد من الوسخ على كل الحيطان والابواب واي مكان ممكن تتخيلونه
* الشبابيك ماتتسكر وازعاااج ليل ونهار
* الفراش متعب وغير مريح

Old facilities, noisy due to construction one level below even though I requested a quiet room like it is a feature, no direct sunlight as they have a billboard blocking sun
Great staff. Super accomodation. Right in the centre of cosmopolitan, glorious, Hamra. Absolutely lovely stay. Superb working environment too with European standards of WiFi.

Service was excellent and staff was very helpful
It was a little bit noisy inside the room and street noise was disturbing. Sound proof windows are needed.
I did like the comfortability and the access to everything within minutes especially groceries and medication. A vatiety of restaurants nearby and plenty to chosse from. The parking is always available nearby the property. The staff are excesible even in the night and they are freindly.
The only problem of the location is the load of waiting because of the traffic. But anything els was prefekt.

Unfortunately, my stay was affected by a couple of issues. The bathroom was not well maintained, and there was significant noise from the street, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. I hope these concerns can be addressed for future guests.
Property is very recommendable. Very friendly people and comfortable rooms and service is so good you feel at home.
