Pros:

Location and staff were great. We had 8 pm train and they let us extend instead of checking out 12. 😁

Cons:

Don’t believe we got room reserved. The AC unit wasn’t controlled so off or full on so we ended up using fan. No elevator, staff did carry bags for us so that wasn’t problem. They wanted 10% to uses credit card where all other hotels just charged extra 3%. We paid cash.

Staff, location and price are good

Cons:

Everytime I left the AC on when I got out (to have a cool room for the night....i dont want to have the AC on during the night) somebody entered my room and turned it off. They didnt even talk to me...we could have found a solution. So yeah thats a No go for me. If you dont want that people use the AC...dont install one or talk to them.
Construction site next door: would be nice to get informed about that before.
Kind of moist room (some mold on the ceiling)

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und Service. Wir durften 3h vor offiziellem Check-In einchecken und Thui war sehr hilfsbereit, sie hat uns ganz viele Tipps gegeben, was wir um Hue alles mit dem Motorroller erkunden können.

Pros:

We liked the cleanliness and the closeness to the walking street. Plenty of good places to eat.

Cons:

The bathroom was so tight and the shower was very tight. No safe in the room for passports or cash.

Gentillesse et efficacité au rendez-vous
Pros:

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour trois nuits et tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. La dame de l’accueil a été extrêmement arrangeante, toujours souriante et de très bons conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Très gentille et professionnelle. La location de scooter sur place s’est également très bien passée, pratique et efficace. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité du service et la convivialité. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !
