Gentillesse et efficacité au rendez-vous
Pros:

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour trois nuits et tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. La dame de l’accueil a été extrêmement arrangeante, toujours souriante et de très bons conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Très gentille et professionnelle. La location de scooter sur place s’est également très bien passée, pratique et efficace. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité du service et la convivialité. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Hotel sympa, rapport qualité/ prix juste.
Pros:

Très bon accueil, séjour de 2 nuits. Chambre refaite après la 1 er nuit et linges propres bien blanc.
Rapport qualité/ prix excellent.
Situé dans le quartier très animé de Hué, fenêtre donnant sur une impasse du coup assez calme pour l'endroit.
Parfait pour découvrir Hué.

Cons:

1. Nhân viên tự ý vào phòng để tắt đèn nhiều lần khiến cho không có cảm giác riêng tư, dọn phòng cũng không thông báo đến khách hàng
2. Về dịch vụ thuê xe liên kết với hotel: chưa bao giờ đi thuê xe máy ở bất kì chỗ nào mà gặp tình trạng giờ thuê xe máy tính theo giờ check in và check out của hotel, mình thuê xe máy lúc 16h ngày 30/12 với giá 130k/ngày và ngày trả xe là 15h30 ngày 1/1/2026 thì mình phải trả số tiền là 330k (tương đương với 2 ngày rưỡi), mình đã đi thuê xe máy đi du lịch rất nhiều nơi và chưa đơn vị nào tính theo giờ check in check out khách sạn cả, ngay cả ngày 29 mình cũng thuê xe máy ở đà nẵng để đi chơi mà cũng tính theo như vậy
